Absolutely. I don't think being pregnant should be a turn off. What I love to see is the girl getting messy, and enjoying it. Tell them to keep up the good work. I especially loved Zoey in The Great Escape pie fight scene.

I think the grandmother to be should be the one to dish out the mess. You could make it jokey by having her say something like "I thought I told you about safe sex."
