Hey, many questions about whether of not piedpinups is producing new material. there is some material that has not been published, some of it recent but let me tell you my problem. it's mostly shot on an iphone and is vertically formatted. I like the vertical format as i think that landscape or horizontal formatting has a lot of wasted space. I know a lot of other folks feel strongly that vertical is not ideal. Also a lot of the material is short time wise. 5 min, 10 mins. so i don't know how to price it. i know i can stitch different scenes together like i have in the past but, between these two issues I'm sort of stuck. i thought about making a sort of "piedpinups quickies" store here on umd, geared to watching on iphone maybe? I have some decent stuff, just not sure how to publish it. i've posted some gifs to my profile but that's the best i can do for now. curious as to how much interest there is.
I would 100% buy any new content like this, however it was formatted.
I believe there were also some older scenes that were never released (possibly due to technical issues?). Might they ever see the light of day or are they basically lost?
I would get them for sure. I would not mind the portrait v. landscape issue. I would jump at the chance to get some new Pied Pinups material. I've purchased some of the scenes you've been involved with that are sold by others. Did you do other videos besides the 2 Ludella Hahn ones? I'm also interested in some of the clips that is no longer on Vidown (the Lynn video I think is the only one I don't have). Maybe those could be rereleased, too?
Welcome back! I've been a big fan since you appeared and I think I've collected everything you've done.
This new work is superb and exciting and, echoing others, I don't think portrait format will put anyone off. In fact, I think, as you suggest, it's subject matter quite appropriately framed!

Echoing everyone else really. I'd love to see more from your store in any format. I own most of what you have up on the site at this point. The older stuff is great too, the first video of the Double Feature with Genevieve is probably my all time favorite wam video.

It's when they shoot vertical but edit it into wide-screen format so 2/3 of screen is black... That's my only gripe... Otherwise vertical shots are great and wish we got more on here. That all being said piedpinups, hope to see more new content =)

As long as it's good, I think vertical format is a-ok.
When an amateur is shooting stuff that's dimly-lit, with a model out of focus or not properly featured on the screen, vertical bothers me. Or when the format isn't properly set up so you are getting a video shot in vertical but released in widescreen.
But you're a pro, so I know you know what you're doing, and your content is top notch, so yes, release the PiedPinups cut!
I'm very excited to know that new PiedPinups material is (probably) on its way to market! Also thrilled to know you worked with Willa Vanilla... it sounds like her videos have been sitting in the can for awhile, so can we assume that these were her first foray into the wacky world of WAM? Or did Messygirl get her first?
Frankly, I don't think anybody really cares all that much about aspect ratios. The hallmark of your videos has always been that you have immaculate taste in models, and I don't think you've ever released a shoot with a woman who was anything less than gorgeous.
That Laff-In video you released a few years ago was great. Just put together another one like that, lots of short, sexy clips of beautiful women getting messed up. I promise no one will be complaining.
In my opinion, your absence has been a great loss to the community. I'm glad that you're back. Your aesthetic is so pure and so simple and it works so well. I look forward to seeing more from you and will keep my fingers crossed
Just want to echo what other folks are saying-- please do put these vids up for sale.
1. The vertical formatting. Since I am Gen-X (I say that cuz my nephews call me a boomer), I don't watch vids on my phone. BUT quality pie vids are quality pie vids, so I am fine with the formatting as long as I can see a beautiful woman pied. So much the better if I can see her whole body.
2. Short vids. I actually like "quick hitters." I don't always want a 20 minute video of the same woman getting pied and slimed over and over again. Your Laugh-In video was great for this reason-- you get a change of pace, clean slate to be messed up again. I also don't mind buying a 2-5 minute video if priced accordingly. Quality over quantity.
