This released from the BBFC on the rules and regs. But, there's no talk about suppliers and there charges!
Looks like like they are publicly announcing their drafts on the legislation, and the BBFC is going to use comments to inform their work on the guidelines themselves. Most of it seems to just define pornography, but for my purposes I'll need to see what they'll accept as an acceptable age-verification technique. I cringe at the idea of putting my users' info on some 3rd party database just so it can get hacked. We'll see what comes of this and what they expect from us.
