As Gen Douglas MacArthur said in his farewell speech old soldiers never die they just fade away. Those are my sentiments after this last pie shoot.

After 25+ years of doing this messy stuff you gotta know when its time to retire.

Being 55 and having major health issues the past 8 years its time. Between partial blindness at times and needing a kidney transplant (anyone care to donate one ?) and just getting old my body can't take doing shoots solo anymore. I'll miss having all those hot nude models running around all covered in pie and horny though lol !

Anyway regarding the last shoot, most of the scenes were completed and I think all were done well but many problems, and here are the most notable.....

First, 2 of my helpers did not make it so it was me and my friend John doing all the work. It was just too much for me to take charge of everything and then have to rush the cleanups between scenes. If I ever came close to having a heart attack, this was it.

Second, one of the 3 models must of gotten an allergy to the pies because by the second day her eye was swollen shut like she just went 10 rounds with Muhammad Ali and wasn't up for doing any more the next day.

So I was not able to complete all the scenes I wanted to do and had to refund some sponsors money.

Finally I had left over pies, and no models to pie so I ended up donating them to the homeless shelter in the area. No word if they had a pie fight

I lost a bit of $ on this, I doub't I'll even break even on it in my lifetime. :-(

But, the models were great, the mess was plenty and I think you will enjoy these videos when edited and made available for sale in 2017.

So unless I get a half dozen helpers in great shape who will not flake out at the last minute and someone volunteers their place to shoot, this was my last major shoot because it's just too much work for one person to do.

I thank you all for your support these past 20 years and I will still be around but with the changing conditions of this industry I don't see myself doing this kind of shoot any longer, what with all the illegal video sharing and reposting of my content, WHICH I am currently dealing with an attorney who specializes in copyright infringement & cybercrimes. I WILL be going after everyone who has illegally uploaded my videos in my free time/retirement now.

Now for some good news, I am having a special sale at my www.excessivemess.com store which goes into effect later tonight, ALL videos are discounted $2 off. This sale ends December 1st 2016. So go there and peruse all 300+ titles that are available.

Also a heads up, www.crazypied babes.com will be shit down sometime in early January 2017, this is my non nude store which just wasn't bringing in the $, seems most of us like nudity with pied females faces. Prices have already been reduced and I will give another alert the last couple of weeks it will be up.

Very sad to hear you're retiring from WAM, your work has been truly amazing.

You set the bar for most pie videos and producers as far as I'm concerned, you were one of the originals and founding members of our great community...which unfortunately is going downhill due to a few horrible file sharing motherfuckers!

The first video WAM video I bought was one of yours, it was Cristina Carter dressed as a Hooters girl getting totally creamed!!! It's still one of my go to videos even now after 15 years of being hooked on this fetish.

Good luck with your health and hope things work out for you, perhaps in time you could get back to some smaller shoots with you one on one with a model .

I'm sure your copious back catalog will bring in some revenue during your retirement...there's always new folks joining the wam community and this forum...youngsters who can be introduced to your signature style of wam.

I hope the kidney issue is not dire...although one can survive on a single kidney....we are now at the point where we can 3D print organs seeded from a patient's own organ tissue...full translation of the tech to the clinic is only a couple years off ...bio-engineers are already making "organoids" which are miniature versions of actual organs;; kidneys are relatively "simple" organs to engineer (well, compared to brains and such)....I'm babbling now.

Wow... Sorry to hear of your retirement and the reasons around it. Lenny your videos have been incredible and some of the discerned few I have paid money to make sure I owned. You will always be a WAM production legend.

The physical toll of wam production is a very real issue that many probably don't think about. I think I've got a year or so before my body totally breaks from this stuff, lol. You will be missed and best of luck with all your future endeavors!

As someone who used to do 8 scenes in 2 days and now gets tired doing 3 scenes in 1... I can sympathize, sir. Enjoy your UMD pension! [EDIT: Whoops. Looks like that's not a thing. Well that sucks.]

Everyone should own some Lenny clips! If you get the Jill Cannon one from 1990-something, you can even see the only custom I ever commissioned!

I am sorry to hear about your health problems. You and Neil were the ones who taught me just how tough (and sticky and sweaty and smelly) working on a pie shoot can be. I remember the early 2000's and rolling up the butter cream filled tarps for disposal. I remember wondering how I would ever get over the smell of chocolate pudding that seemed to be everywhere. It was some tough volunteer work. I don't begrudge your retirement at all.

I wish you all the best (I was in Las Vegas the other day and watched some young women at the bar, all dressed up, and smoking from those long cigarette holders. You rarely see that and I thought about you ).

Thank you for making some of my favorite videos. Just to name a couple, "Gooey Geishas" and "Tied and Pied" still rock my world whenever I roll them out. Probably like many here I got my first "messy sex" tapes off you, and I just can't overstate how liberating those were, how important they were to my relative sanity. Wish I wasn't poor because there are SO many more I want to buy!!

I know that it's got to be tough to pack it in, but I also understand that WAM shoots can be hard physical work. (Since yours are epic, even more so.) I've still got a bunch of your DVDs. Think my favorite time period was the Lauren, Nicole, Tatianna years.

Good thing is, you can leave knowing you created a great body of work and you had a stye that was all your own. (Work of a true artist.) My hope is that as the old guard of wammers leave the scene, a new crop of talented producers comes in with new ideas, great vision. (Tho' the new economics might make this very tricky, would have to run as a n4profit, ha.)

It's nice to read the comments and well wishes but also kinda sad, seeing that many of you are going to miss my own special brand of WAM. Believe me, if I had better health, as well as dedicated helpers and models that didn't charge so much I would still be doing this. I am well aware nobody goes all out to do a multi girl shoot with great pies these days, that's pretty much what got me started in the first place.

Also a reminder about the sale at www.excessivemess.com as the sales have been but a few since I announced it. I urge everyone to grab any vids you've been on the fence asap with as I'm not sure how much longer I'll have the site, the reason being is I got an offer for it and am pondering the sale. Who knows what the new owner will charge for videos or if they will keep all of them for sale. I may keep it another year. Only time will tell.

As for prosecuting the jerkoffs who uploaded my videos to free sites illegally, my attorney has advised me not to say anything about what's being done to anyone, sorry to those who have asked. They explained to me why and it makes sense. I wish I could help but my mouth is legally sealed shut.

I hope all of you that celebrate Thanksgiving had a great holiday, and for those that don't I hope you just had a great day lol !

Anybody else have any suggestions how I should spend my retirement from wam ? I've been toying with the idea to just commission others such as wam producers to make my videos that I can sell, which I've done already, some great, some not so great, and some just plain old ripped me off. It's a crapshoot. Maybe I should write a tell all book about my WAM life ? Before my brain goes just like my eyesight and kidneys lol !

I don't post often, but this is one of the times that I will...

Lenny, I would like to start off by saying "Thank you!" Not only were your contributions to our fetish legendary, your site was the first one that I found when I started exploring my interest in "girls getting messy." I've downloaded some of your work over the years(not nearly as many as I'd like to have, but when you're poor you're poor lol) and have thoroughly enjoyed them all.

I am sorry to hear of your health issues and wish you nothing but good luck in dealing with them and that health and happiness will be yours for years to come. As others have said, I think that you would make a great mentor for some of the producers out there in your retirement. Regardless, we certainly hope you won't be a stranger to the community. Good luck with your legal issues as well, hope you nail the scumbags to the wall.
