Yeah, I haven't been so great at sharing updates - had some setbacks (developed blood clots in my left leg and both lungs, which delayed surgery a bit) and kind of a rough go of it from February up until surgery on the 22nd.
I am doing great at the moment, though! 2 weeks' post surgery, getting around well. I feel SO much better now that the tumors have been removed - better than I have for at least 3-4 months. The surgery went well but unfortunately, the pathology indicates a rare and aggressive type of ovarian cancer that's more challenging to treat so I still have a big fight ahead of me. Still Stage 4...Chemo starts back up on the 16th of this month, and they're adding immunotherapy to my treatment. Then, once all the genetic sequencing comes back, the oncologist will have a better idea of targeted therapies to use. Feeling good though! I've been going for walks, getting out and about more often, etc. I treated myself to a rainy day matinee this week - I saw the 25th Anniversary edition of The Matrix and it was awesome.
Thank you to all who have messaged me with support and for thinking of me. I appreciate it more than words can describe.

Hope you're doing ok Ms. Bee and looking forward to hearing from you soon
Thank you! I just posted my most recent update to my profile if you wanna check it out there!
Bee
I just read your update Mrs Bee. Sending as many healing and positive vibes as it is possible to do. My best pal, a very healthy man in his mid forties was decimated by cancer starting January 2023 but like you he has bravely had the chemo, the complications and some horrible physical operations. We think he is winning some battles though as I hope you can keep doing. We are not very religious but do say some heartfelt prayers and you get a mention in the little support group every time. Really sorry about your Kitty too. Hugely sad losing a furry best pal.
