I would just like to point out I have tried to message your wife directly. Unfortunately I can't do that without being friends and don't think she would accept my friend request, but I can assure you the delay in getting back to her with her message. Reply was due to the fact that I felt that Chantelle needed to answer it
So just want to clarify, the message was answered by Chantelle, but due to being computer illiterate, Chantelle dictated to me what she wanted to say and I typed it out only three evenings ago, so I can assure you any answers of a sensitive nature were handled by her, but typed up by me as I stated in my previous post above we worked as a team for many years and up until three days ago. We're still trying to work out out to keep Chantelle's profile on here to allow her to enjoy the benefits. She has had and allow others to still enjoy her work , so please pass this on to your wife and let her know that it was a genuine answer from Chantelle.
Unfortunately she hasn't replied on here for the exact reason like I was just saying she doesn't use a computer. Therefore her site was pretty much stripped of all videos yesterday by myself after her old producer started trying to get involved and that would not benefit anyone.
If your wife feels upset I do apologise but can assure you there was not any point. Any attempt to mislead her in anyway.

Whilst I totally understand that you were there to help Chantelle, the mod role was never yours in the first place. This meant that you were privy to confidential information and potentially could have dismissed reports on your own user profile or made reports from your own profile and then used your access under Chantelle's accounts to be able to take action on your own reports. As MM has clarified above the mod role was Chantelle's and hers only and you must be able to see why there is such outcry from the UMD?!

There is obviously a difference between a business account being used like this and a moderator account being used like this. Are any of those other 5 you are aware of moderators or not? If so, I would suggest you flag this to MM in case he is not already aware, if not then as MM has already clarified there is a distinction between the two.

Are you able to directly address and confirm that you disclosed you were messaging Flora as DazUk when you recommended yourself as a producer to her from Chantelle's account as claimed above? Or did you fail to disclose this and therefore contradict yourself about being transparent

I think the issue here is not about teamwork but improving the way in which teamwork is disclosed across the site. It would of course be a shame to lose some big name producers but with being a producer and verifying your account there is an implied position of responsibility which in this case, at face value, seems to have not been fully disclosed. I think this is a big lesson for all involved including MM and others who are following a similar practice

As I understand it Daz, you split from Chantelle 2 weeks ago and have been running the account since then. I can't prove or disprove your claim that Chantelle was sat next to you dictating messages, but from what I've been told, it was you 'running the account' for the past 2 weeks and therefore answering messages and signing as Chantelle. I believe this is the case.. I think this is confirmed by the message from 'Chantelle'/ you on Saturday which said:

Also.. if any messages 'of a sensitive nature' were handled by her, then she's not computer illiterate is she?

I can understand somewhat that Chantelle may have needed help with running the store etc as that obviously requires a more in depth literacy of computers. However I'm struggling to understand how that translates to someone not being able to press keys on a keyboard in the desired order to form a message. Obviously I don't fully understand the circumstances but I do find this very difficult to believe coming from someone who is already on the back foot.
Also, given the number of accessibility tools available today on almost every electronic device, if Chantelle is genuinely as computer illiterate as you claim then you could have helped her with using some form of speech to text tool and allowed her to reply on her own

How can you say you have been transparent when you are signing messages in somebody else's name? Being transparent would have been telling Flora (and everyone else) that it was you, not Chantelle, who was messaging her..
And if Chantelle was "computer illiterate" as you state, and that you always wrote the messages, that is unacceptable! Flora thought she was communicating privately with another woman on here, sharing personal and confidential information, but you were the one replying!
Flora did not consent for her private thoughts to be shared with you.
Regardless of what you say about your previous partnership and how much work it is running a page, you failed to be honest and upfront with people which is simply unacceptable.

Given the years of experience you have on this site, you will know that you can include a message in a friend request. If you were that keen to explain the situation to Flora you could have done so briefly there, or explained why you needed to talk to her. I don't know why you think she wouldn't have accepted, you could have tried.
One further question I have Daz - did Chantelle handle her own Kik account or was that you replying on her behalf there too and further misleading people?

Well that's kinda the problem we have. You both ran the account and no one was made aware. While I get a production can be ran by one or several people, a simple header at the top of the profile stating such would solve much of the confusion. We also still have the matter of a 3rd party having mod access privileges and MM was never aware until recently.
By this and I would define the word ran Chantelle. Unfortunately is computer illiterate she is the model and star of her page, and we were due to be married, unfortunately things have changed and we are no longer looking to pursue that side of our relationship.

This meant that any questions that were asked or personal messages that we felt relevant for one of us to answer would've been answered by the person who signed off, but it would've meant that whatever Chantelle's feelings were at the time were dictated and I would type them as we were a team, and as a result, feel that between the both of us, we always gave a non-biased fear and opinionated answer.

I don't think any of this is a problem. All of this while people were unaware kinda is, though. Ya feel me? Also it kinda presents the question of "who is the mod, then?". I couldn't care less if MM and the rest of the forum was aware of this. If MM is fine with it, fine, whatever. It is his BBQ, it's his site. He can set it on fire if he wants to. I don't think anyone is out for your collective hides. We are asking for clarification. No one once ask for a banning, or suspension or to start closing down stores or any of that shit. As I said previously, and even Flora and MM agreed, we don't think this was out of maliciousness. It has been stated that you have been on set of every shoot since God knows when without fail or mishap so we can only presume that you are safe. It is really the lack of communication and disclosure that is the hiccup and how can we prevent this sort of misunderstanding in the future. Again, a female is going to behave differently in the presence of another female. There is an inherited trust that a male producer is just not immediately going to have at first contact with a model. For instance, there are things my fiancé will share with her girlfriends that she won't share with me sometimes and there are a plethora of reasons why from self confidence and self esteem issues to just plain not wishing to divulge it until she passes it by her friends first.
And yes, I clearly remember the Leon debacle and You (Or Chantelle, or both. See? this is why this is kinda confusing) and Filthy Girl stepped up and trust me, no one appreciates that more than me. We needed voices of reason during a time that we were DESPERATELY short handed on and I feel y'all provided that. So truly, thank you.

That is why I think we are trying to discuss rules for business operations and keeping that separate from the identities who run them. Also such rules will help prevent those who might abuse their roles. Not saying you or anyone in particularly but anyone. According to what I have read so far, a producer can, at their leisure, take the ID of a model they worked with, upload it to UMD to become verified, assume their identity on here and, in time, become a moderator. If that is the case, we need a better system in place, like yesterday.

It would be fair to say that you both have a huge mess in front of you to transition through before you are actively producing again. Wish you both a painless transition as I can understand how intertwined lives make things difficult to navigate a separation.
I would say to MM that we need a more robust system for clearing mods for service and a way of differing Businesses and individuals. At least that is my take away. I don't think any harm was intended BUT I do have a problem with the lack of transparency. Again, a simple disclaimer at the top of the profile would have solved any confusion and plenty of other profiles on here do it already. Clearly, at least two people were unaware of this fact who contacted Chantelle's account.
As for the other profiles already doing it, we aren't cool with that either and that is why MM is working on a solution and updating ToS.

As stated, I didn't think it was an ill attempt at anything diabolical but I do think all producers need to be transparent on who the ladies are working with and communicating to, especially if that profile is an assumed female on the forum.

I split from Chantelle two weeks ago, but up until two days ago we were still talking and sorting out a number of different financial commitments and personal commitments and that included this site where the majority of the videos were owned by me.
This meant that while we were sitting down doing a lot of stuff we still were answering questions, and I don't know how many times I have to say it.
Chantelle is just the name, the same as many accounts on here, it's the name of the model or business representing a number of models it doesn't mean you are personally talking to that mod each and every day many people here on the same account and if that means a change needs to happen to clarify that I'm sure Derek will deal with that but in the meantime I'm sick and tired of answering the same questions. I've clearly stated everything, and if people choose to ignore it, or try to come up with another reason for which hunting even myself or Chantelle then so be it.

It's a good example that a boss will have a secretary. With regards to her being computer illiterate, she has disclosed it on previous occasions to different people we have spoken to and it's something she's not proud of, but we are not all college academics even I don't pretend to be but she's not ashamed of her condition and also suffers from dyslexia as you may or may not pick up. If you've ever downloaded some of her videos. You can hear it when she talks as she cannot describe certain things or certain words she is not ashamed of it she's actually proud of the fact she became who she did with these conditions. Now it's time to stop shaming her as I'm only explaining her situation which we have dealt with for years and she has no problem with.

Exactly the same situation though the Kik account was just about arranging studio enquiries and nothing personal went through it. It's just when it comes to talking about payments for studio hire. There are certain words that are not allowed to be used here hence why it was set up.

I don't think anyone here is shaming anyone - we are just seeking clarity on the situation. Honesty and trust are earner and unfortunately the lack of transparency here means there will naturally be a lot of questions and most of those will probably be difficult for yourself/Chantelle.

Just to clarify any messages that were ever sent to somebody both personally, or on the site if they were replied to directly by me and were only my thoughts, they would've been signed as D, Daz or Darren, and not Chantelle.
I have sent countless messages to Derek over the years and been very clear who he is talking to at the time, and I'm sure he will confirm this and the way the emails or messages were signed off with him as well

The question this whole scenario raises is just how much interaction of what you described was actually Chantelle? Was it Daz typing? Was it her and for how long? This is why it is a problem. I get no harm was intended but this kinda puts every identity on the forum into question, mine and yours included.

Chantelle is just the name, the same as many accounts on here, it's the name of the model or business representing a number of models it doesn't mean you are personally talking to that mod each and every day many people here on the same account

I think it is only natural to expect to receive a large number of questions when you reveal that for 25 years you have been accessing messages that people believed they were sending to Chantelle. At no point have I ever suspected that anyone else had access to her account and most DMs or posts "she" signed with "her" name which would suggest it was her but in fact it was not. We are not witch hunting but rather fact finding. At no point has anyone called for either of you to leave or be kicked - we are all just shocked and trying to find answers to our questions.

I feel you are missing the point here. Flora shared personal information with Chantelle in confidence due to the fact that she believed she was conversing with Chantelle, not Chantelle + you. It's not about who worded the reply but the fact the trust was broken and people were misled.

With regards to whether Derek removed moderator or not, I can confirm I advised him towards the end of last week at both Chantelle and myself, we're going to be splitting. I then updated him over the weekend to Confirm that this had happened and that her old producer was now going to try and run the profile on his own and suggested he removed the moderator status. I was upfront and honest with Derek and that's why it was removed, which I'm sure he will happy to confirm. This conversation took place as Chantelle, but any longer looking to do anything with the day-to-day running of her profile

So to clarify - at no point during the last 25 years, until you spoke to MM as you note above, was he previously aware that you were working with Chantelle as a Mod and had access to her privileged account?

Well, if I mention it enough, people actually start to take notice rather than read between the lines and just keep going back to the same crap they keep asking.
She has never denied it, or been afraid to talk about it, and it won't come as a big shock to anyone else, who knew her both here and off the site

I think it's only fair to expect questions in this situation and your attempt at blaming others for "not knowing" or "not understanding" when you have shown no remorse for the way you and Chantelle have handled things is utterly disappointing.
I'm not looking to get into a he said/she said and I don't know a lot of the background or even claim to, however I feel I have raised valid questions on the arguments which you have posted in this forum and would like to get to the bottom of things for the benefit of all the users here.
To me, as both a user and a producer, I find it deeply concerning that even our moderators may not be the people we think they are and can act with such poor faith for so long. It is clear actions are already being taken and more are needed but how can the appropriate actions be taken that are in the best interest of the community if the community themselves aren't aware of the goings on?

I have to be quick so I'm using Siri and trying to correct everything on a mobile phone which isn't a great way of doing it but just wanted to clear out any issues that people may have with either spelling grammar or words appear to be showing on some of the messages it is not intentional it's just I'm trying to get on with my normal life away from this site at the same time

Memories from so far back that they're long-gone from UMD, but I vaguely remember when Chantelle first stopped producing, way back, it was stated to be because she was working as a teacher (or starting to do so?) and hence doing fetish work was too high risk. This is memory from a long time ago so apologies if I'm misremembering.
But Chantelle herself always came over as a capable and intelligent person, after all someone who wasn't would be at serious risk of harm playing in deep mud, I've got some of her videos. So it seems strange she'd have needed to dictate responses to messages via someone else.
But regardless, the problem here is that the impression was clearly given, to the point MM made her a mod, that Chantelle ran her own account. If that wasn't the case, it should have been stated, clearly, in the account profile.
The underlying issue here is one of trust.

Honestly, her profession is irrelevant. It's neither fish nor foul in regards to this instance. Her aptitude (or lack of) behind the computer is also irrelevant. You don't need a computer science degree to put a simple header or disclaimer on a profile stating that messages may be answered by more than one team member.
Like I get your frustration because you got this piled up on top of everything personal you got going on at home but try looking at it from our perspective here. A lot of us are hearing, for the first time, about a guy who played secretary for Chantelle on her profile all these years, acting as a mod and we are not sure what actions were made under the assumption that we were dealing with a singular female. You were privy to details no one was to have access to except for her. You were answering DMs as her on her behalf, some I would wager entailed sensitive or potentially private information.
As I said, and everyone else is saying, if MM knew about this well in advance and that information was publicly known, this wouldn't be an issue right now.
