I love how everyone basically ignored the OP's personal picks and just started talking about their OWN personal picks. Kinda the downside of a poll that asks the equivalent of "Who do you think is the hottest famous woman out there, regardless of era?" .......and then limits it to 10 arbitrary choices.
There have been threads (possibly even started by me) that have asked the general question of what famous person needs to be pied. I deliberately wanted this thread to be about MY favorite 10 women. True, I suppose I should have asked "Which of these women would you most like to see pied?"
And they are HARDLY arbitrary to me. These are the 10 women (that are famous) that work into my fantasies.

On the flipside, your girl Jenny McCarthy was hot in the 90s... and now that we know a lot more about her real life, she is MUUUUUUCH less attractive.
I like Jill Wagner, although I don't know what she looks like now. Never heard of Alicia Eve but she's cute.

Also, thanks to the current trends, it manages to be the rare comedy where baked goods are woven into the plot in EVERY episode and there's never a single messy gag. (Except that ONE time with the other girl.) Six years of Kat being that close to mess and always avoiding it is killing me.
....She's cute in real life, but friggin' amazing on Mad Men. Might've been the corsets. Also has a great role in Drive, one of the great films of the last decade. (Although she's dressed WAY down there.)

Drive is one of the greatest films of the last decade? I've got that one down as one of the most pompous hipster movies of the last decade. I've been told "I just didn't get it" but there was an eternity between every line to digest just how overplayed it was while... slowly zoom into face while talking, pan camera, rinse... repeat.
At risk of sounding hipsterish myself... the original was better. It was not a great movie but it was entertaining without trying to pretend it was something it wasn't.

I guess it's not to everyone's tastes... It took your typical con artist/heist gone bad plotline and turned it into a fever dream.... Plus the best on-screen performances I've ever seen from Ryan Gosling and Albert Brooks, a super-twisted love story, AND a fantastic soundtrack. But YMMV.
Also... It wasn't a remake of anything??? It IS the original? If you're thinking the original is "Drive Angry" with Nic Cage, then we're done here.
It's a ripoff of Walter Hill's THE DRIVER, which I assume is what noise was referring to. Not really accurate to call it a remake, unless you're deliberately exaggerating to drag Refn, in which case carry on. I dunno, Refn is an empty provocateur who gets one right once in a while. NEON DEMON is ridiculously dull for a naked lesbian cannibal movie.
DRIVE ANGRY, on the other hand, has a buck naked Charlotte Ross, so I think it wins this thread hands-down. Surely she deserves a prime spot on bozo's so-2002 pie targets list.
Are we allowed to include Youtubers as actresses? Whoever these YouTubers are.. I know, I know... I went off the deep end, enumerating MY list of actresses I'd most like to see pied, rather than take the poll the OP gave.
