Is there a way to view this classic content? Has there been any preservation efforts? I feel like I see the odd snippet of this but there's no collections going (that I'm aware of). This is probably the biggest collection I've seen. These look like some genuinely wonderful scenes that would be nice to view if there did exist a way to view/buy them
Major part of most peoples journey into WAM before the interweb,an actual Magazine for our little niche interest.Realizing it's not just me into this What a trailblazer ! Im sure quite a few of us still have a collection of Splosh magazines?

Sadly not, at least until the copyrights expire towards the end of this century.
My favourite was madmacs especially the shoot with Lee in PVC. Bills stuff was great and along with messygirl & wam chantelle my first memories of wam.
As I have mentioned elsewhere, I had the great privilege of meetin Bill in his St Leonard's studio and getting totally trashed by him. Those of you who have referred to his sense of humour are spot on, we laughed and joked - (in character; me as a diner in his restaurant, him as the waiter) - for the entire session.
I wasn't the only tranny to be on the receiving end of one of Bill's imaginative scenarios. I seem to remember seeing photos of other gurls getting the treatment.
It is lovely to be reminded of a truly unique man who died far too young and is still greatly missed. I'm so glad I met him.
I wish I could remember the names of more of the wonderful models who graced Splosh magazine over the years. Le Rex has give us a fantastic set of covers, can any of you produce an identification list?

Reverse image search facial recognition software would do a good job i think.
I was head over heels for Georgina as a 20yr old getting into this for the 1st time.
Went to see Bill and we chatted in a pub for a while and gave him sone raincoats to use. he was so cool.

Great tributes to Bill Shipton. I was a subscriber to Splosh magazine in pre-internet days, when I used to get it through the post. It didn't completely introduce me to sploshing and wam, since I'd had the fetish from a young age, from watching film and tv slapstick, but it was wonderful to see this so well enacted, and developed to new heights with willing models, all with bill's trademark humour, which was in true slapstick tradition - what is funnier than a pompous, well dressed woman, or man, getting a pie in the face. Just watching the pie fight from a Carry On film on YouTube, pretty disappointing, as they usually were, but Hattie Jacques, and her reaction, from Sid James pouring wine down her cleavage is great, but you just wish that scene could be developed. And that is what Bill did with his vids and photosets, for us closeted sploshing fans great delight. Hattie Jacques would have been a fantastic splosh model btw, just imagine what Trouso could have done with her, great comic actress that she was! But, we should all hail Bill Shipton. one of the, if not THE, forerunner, even inventor of sploshing and WAM, as the wonderful fetish we know and love: his memory so well perpetuated by UMD.
These old paint scenes are still phenomenal. Few modern equivalents go the full distance ruining a full set of clothes, from the outerwear down to lingerie, due in part to lowering budgets and easier cleaning costs. The only producer that I could think of that went that far is early-90s Messyfun scenes.
Splosh magazine was the hook for me to the WAM-world in the 1990ies...
It SOOOOOOOO sad that he left us that early.
My two most favourite models of this time were Louise l'lamour and Sammie with their messy sessions in Issue # 18 &20.
Thank you for your comments. Yes, it is very sad that Bill left us so soon. He is missed.
Good choice with Sammy-Jane and Louise L'Amour, I know the sets you mentioned. They both did some fantastic Splosh scenes, and the video Pretty Clumsy Woman and Samantha Jane on the Job in which they appear together are really sploshing classics.
There are many great girls that appeared, personally I loved Robyn Dare and Karen Partington, but they were all amazing. A true stamp in WAM history, that should not be forgotten.
