When Bill Shipton died, the ownership of all his content reverted to his parents, who did not want the hassle of running an adult business on top of losing their son, so they had everything withdrawn and taken off sale.
The splosh.co.uk domain fell into the hands of someone unconnected to the original business who seems to have kept the site up, but with all actual interaction and commerce functions removed, purely for the residual link traffic they send to their own business from it. None of the content advertised there is actually available anywhere.
This is partly why both UMD and Vidown have options for producers to leave effectively a "splosh will", stating what should happen to their content (and whether it should remain on sale) if they should die.
