hhahahaha Yes, I did think...do I really need to make it clear that Nikki loses...and then I thought 'If even one customer thinks that Nikki might not get gunged and I lose sales it would be terrible.' so I provided the spoiler.

Actually, I'm curious about that. Thinking about special effects in films (e.g. having something floating across the room), I believe that some people wear skintight suits made out of green-screen material. Would it be possible to use that for someone being gunged? (Obviously you'd need to avoid green gunge!) In theory, that might mean that the outline of the person gradually becomes visible as they get covered.
Hmmm that's a really interesting notion, Flank. Truthfully I am not sure at all, as the technical side of this is not my forte, but maybe Rich or one of the more tech savvy producers may know. It's an interesting notion in any case.
I think the most famous version of that was the UV scene Rob Blaine shot in 1996-ish, two models dressed in skin tight black catsuits in a darkened room lt only by UV light, and they had UV-reactive gunge wiich glowed under the blacklights. As they poured the gunge over each other, their figures became visible as the glowing gunge engulfed their suits.
Didn't appeal to me as WAM as for me it's seeing the clothes go from clean to messy that is the hit, but technically brilliant, and well ahead of anyone else at the time.

This scene features roommates Nikki and The Invisible Woman compete across 3 exciting rounds to determine who will get their own back.
Nikki is dressed in a Gyob t-shirt and cycling shorts
With the gunge tank an ominous presence behind them, the girls compete across three rounds and the scores swing back and forth bringing joy and despair and despair and joy as the contestants change positions in the leader board. At the end the final scores are announced and the loser is forced to do a walk of shame into the gunge tank, with the winner allowed to pull the lever and get their own back.
Note: The Invisible Woman remains largely unseen (of course) but is a fierce competitor. I don't normally do spoilers, but here I am happy to confirm it's Nikki who loses and must take a trip to the tank. The scene runs over ten minutes, utilising two camera angles for the gunging, and offers great value.
This is the 5th in this series. We also have Michelle v Cleo, Liz v Beau, Cherry v Louis Lee and Honour v Masie. The 6th and final one is released tomorrow.
