To all wetlook fans and anyone that enjoys swimming fully clothed, when you go swimming fully clothed, do you have a favorite outfit for getting wet in. Do you also prefer to jump in and get completely drenched all at once or go in slowly and the water seep in to your clothes slowly. I personally go for jeans and a blue long sleeve button down, polo, or long sleeve shirt with shoes and socks when swimming. I also prefer jumping in fully clothed as I see it as more fun in the moment.
I prefer getting wet relatively slowly, ideally by wading down a gentle slope into deeper water, and feeling it first flood my boots, then soak its way up my clothes, each step a bit deeper.
Wading into the sea can be fun too, the waves mean you get wet faster but still a bit at a time, and when you reach the point where you're mid-thigh deep but that the next swell is going to soak you to the waist leaving you very soggy in sensitive places, and you're just waiting for the wave to arrive - that's a great feeling.
Outfit wise, for me a boilersuit and wellies is the best thing to get wet in.
For me, it's wearing jerseys, New Era caps, jeans, and shoes. Sometimes a hoodie or jacket too. Everything gets so heavy... but getting the clothes soaked are all part of the fun.

I know it's agonizing to some, and they just want that instant splash, but I like to savour each little gain.
Of course, that works best with streams and other places where you can easily control the depths and take your time.
I don't have a particular outfit I prefer, although boots with heels and tight jeans or leggings are my go-tos, but variety is fun.
I can definitely understand that and sometimes I'll go in slowly but most of the time I prefer to just jump in. The only other clothes I may wear in water are just a tshirt and shorts but most of the time I go in the jeans and long sleeve or polo. I have worn a hoodie as well as sweatpants and a morphsuit in a pool before but that is about it.
I'm a go slowly in until up to my waist. Then IF its not too cold, I'll dive in to finish the job. Preferring over knee or higher boots it does take a bit longer to get the first overtopping. It lets the feeling of pressure continue to build before the cooling takes place. Having been to the sea shore as well the waves do ad a bit of uncertainty. Will the next wave over top or will I be safe
Me, when I get in the water in the pool, I usually wear jeans and a t-shirt. I really like seeing the wet jeans shining on me and the wet t-shirt on my body when I get out of the pool water.
Sometimes, after sports classes, I liked to jump into the water in the pool with a sports tracksuit on. In my youth, I considered tracksuits the best swimwear.
Because I really like wet clothes shining on me, naturally I took a bath in various clothes: trousers, work uniforms, winter jackets, work robes, sometimes with skirts and dresses even if I am a man.
I am on the gradual and gentle side of the scales, and for me it's all about the shoes, trainers, boots and socks! Just love that super naughty feeling of going just in to the edge of a puddle or stream, the first trickle into the footwear to start to make the socks wet, especially for me big thick socks, just fabulous!
Also amazing in wellies, getting close to the top, catching your breath as the water approaches the top and then the joy as the water starts to fill them, followed by abandonment and going even deeper to completely fill and soak them, yay!
I also then like to remove the footwear and then slosh back into the water still in the sodden baggy socks, this works really well with puddles and feels wonderful!
All of the above for me also works wonderfully in the bathroom, especially at this time of year.

Waves add *soooo* much uncertainty and fun... a "threat" or "promise".
And the oceans are definitely the best for this... dodging those larger waves coming in and all... but even the wind on my river made for some fun smol swells... and when a boat goes by? Mmmm!
I always try to take advantage of the waves... or even the splashes... to tease my way to deeper water!
I love to wear tight jeans tshirt tight long sleeve button up denim shirt and denim jeans jacket socks boots and love to jump right into the pool get soaked right away if you were at at party and people wouldn't be lowering you into the pool slowly to get you wet they would just push you right in or pick you up and on count to three throw you right in I love that happening to me get soaked right away is the best
For swimming pools, I like to be pushed in or dive in with everything on and in my pockets. No time to think. For creeks, lakes, or ocean I like to get wet slowly as I wade in and walk along.
I've been in pools & for me it's just slip in get soaked or even jump in then I enjoy being soaked out of the pool or even lake and then I usually go back in. But my all time fave is getting soaked, in dunk tanks, I just love the sudden drop into the water! And for me it's totally casual clothes, usually long sleeve shirts, everything out of the pockets wearing maybe socks or maybe even tennis shoes. In fact I've even been known to bring a couple sets of clothes to change into in order to get dunked again & again and quite possibly drive home soaking wet!
I would say as a huge fully clothed swimmer I love all types of clothing, the more clothing the better and you have options to remove some at some point. Swimming in jeans is definitely a favourite especially while wearing pantyhose underneath, hoodies and sweaters are my favourite for upper wear. Since I usually wear socks and shoes I prefer to get slowly wet and observe the naughty damage I'm doing to my outfitsthat feeling never gets old. I absolutely love the feeling of wet socks on my feet and squishing around until they get dry
I have worn just about everything imaginable wet so I'm a fan of all wet clothes and will wear whatever I have on a lot too because I find that exciting.
If im in public or with other people I will just get drenched all at once so it feels and looks more natural and well less weird, lol Wet Orchid

Thats cool and with wearing the long sleeve button sometimes I will take it off or at least unbutton it and underneath I will always have a shirt on whether short or long sleeve and swim in that. I will also take off my shoes but my leave my socks on may take them off. I have also worn a little bit of everything from sweatpants and hoodies to different button down shirts and khaki pants. I have even worn a morphsuit once in the water. Overall I usually go in jeans and long sleeve button down or just what I am wearing in the moment. Never really do it in public but will jump in the pool at my parents house all the time during the summer and usually when they are not there. I also do have a video on my tiktok of me jumping into the pool fully clothed and my tiktok is @masonriso24 the outfit that I am wearing this is usually what I always go with. The video didn't turn out the best as it was just me and I had to use a chair to record it. Also hope to one day go swimming fully clothed with someone and not be the only one doing it.
