I suspect you've missed out the most popular choice of all, jeans. I get the impression somewhere north of 80% of all wetlook produced has women in jeans as the subject, they do look totally awesome when wet.
I voted uniforms though, as I guess that's closest to boilersuits, and I do love to see someone get wet in a proper nurse's uniform, either a knee length uniform dress or the modern tunic and trousers sets, or even scrubs, but only when done properly with the trousers as well. I also adore seeing girls get wet in combat trousers worn with uniform shirts (think security guard uniform), etc.
My personal favorite is a sharp, expensive full business suit. Something about being ultra prim and proper, I guess it's the decadence of it. After that would be complete lingerie sets, things that go juuuuuuuuuust see through enough

I did think of including jeans as a choice. But I was limited to what I could post, so I just chose shirts/long pants.

Fair enough, I realised some time after posting that would probably cover it, just being from the UK to me "pants" means mens underwear, so I mentally skipped both lines with pants in. From a logical POV the US descriptions are, well, more logical - they wear pants with underpants underneath, whereas we wear trousers with pants underneath. Two nations separated by a comon language and all that.
