Having read so many great reviews from those who've ordered customs from Charlotte & the team, thought I'd dive in & give it a go. Was not disappointed! Asked for a bathtub/UW video with Mia - face-up submersion & breath-hold stuff seems difficult for many models to do & I rarely see the specific stuff I like, but Mia was absolutely fantastic. Although it was a basic scene, it's quite a difficult skill, to 'perform' & be natural underwater & Mia pulled it off better than I could've hoped for. I don't think she found it easy but the end result was just what I wanted.

Everything else was spot on. The quality of the scene is excellent, I got a couple of bonus shots actually filmed with the camera uw, which I hadn't asked for & didn't realise was possible in the bath (thanks Al!). And Charlotte is really pleasant & easy to communicate with, engaging, open-minded & prompt with replies (I only contacted her a day or two before she went on holiday, yet the price was agreed, Mia contacted & a date for shooting booked before she went away).

I'll be looking to get another custom again soon, hopefully with Charlotte herself. Very understandable why there are so many positive reviews! Very highly recommended
