According to Wikipedia Porridge and cold soup both count as Russian national dishes, so these are in your forfeit

Firstly for today's loss to Wales, the forfeit is to lay in the bath and pour a bucket porridge yourself, while as you lost the group you should also add cold soup (use at least 3 different types) to the bucket. You should stay bath / mess for 10 minutes while you reflect on Russia's poor performance!

So now group D is over, looks like Turkey finally won something! My forfeit for Czech Republic is a bucket of porridge over some pyjamas, because it seems the Czech Republic were asleep during that game!

OK well I had Ukraine, which was a slam dunk 3 losses therefore 3 forfeits.

Given the constraints I have - imminent work travel, sharing flat, etc. - I decided to do all my forfeits in one go.

1. 6 eggs, 2 on head, 1 for each breast, 1 down front and 1 down behind while wearing bikini or bra and panties (iL0v3Lac3)

2. so your forfeit is to pie yourself 3 times pour beans and custard over your head and down your pants! (GungeIre)

3. Get the tights filled! (Mustbetights)

So here's the all in one result... I don a black bikini, and start off with the eggs. Then I pie myself with trifle and mess myself with beans and custard (yummy... erm...), before pulling up my tights and filling up with rice pudding, more custard, more beans, and the remains of the trifles.
