There are many reasons people post on here. Some are selling a video. Some are asking a question. Some just comment in general regarding some element of wam. But as is human nature in general, there are few who simply express their gratitude, giving thanks and with nothing to gain.
For that, DEVO 77, you have stood out from the rest of us. You almost always thank everyone who shares anything wam related in the way of sample images. You try to name the model when it is obvious who it is. You thank and name the producer too. And you've been doing this for a very long time. Years. 6073 times. Not asking for anything. Just thanking those who produce what we all crave to see.
So I for one, wish to THANK YOU DEVO 77, and I appreciate your generous, grateful attitude. You leave a wonderful example for us, and many of us could learn from it.
As you would put it, "Wonderful posts from DEVO, DEVO 77" and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
Absolutely....... THIS. I just recently mentioned Devo as a Legend on my post. I messaged him privately to thank him recently as he has always commented on my posts. I dunno but always presumed he was UK..how wrong was I lol.
I Love you Devo and I truly appreciate all your lovely comments, this forum wouldn't be the same without you. Xx
Devo77 said: Thank you you for your appreciation. I do enjoy the stuff that everyone shares here on the UMD. The pics, the clips, gifs, and everything else.
And swing it comes from an episode of The Three Stooges.
And to those who think I am a bot... Devo77 is way better than Devo75, much better than Devo76. Don't get me started on Devo Vista
Devo Vista - almost as good as the Amazon Fire Phone! Lol.

Well, I'd have got that wrong in a pub quiz. I thought he was from here too! Something about the tone of his posts, and that the timing of his comments on so many threads seemed to match with mine, made me assume he was British. Obviously not. So where is Devo based?
I, too, had sort of assumed Devo must be UK based -- but it was largely because of "And swing it", which I thought must be from a game or variety show (i.e., Noel's House Party).
I feel like a small part of me has now been fulfilled that I/we know the origin of the phrase!
...........Damn, now what do I do with the rest of my life?
