Id closed my account here under the name to avoid confusion, as the new fellow who bought in basically runs it now. I will be doing some shooting though.
Ive received several emails, about my role and how to reach me.
The "piefightgirls" username, if you haven't guessed by posts...or the avatar...hopefully most of you know that is not me anymore. Sorry for the confusion.
That is the artist formerly known as "gooey", and he will be running things. Hes more than capable of doing a great job for everyone.
I have had a few years of various setbacks, and this last year, due to these circumstances, I was terrible with handling orders and other duties, not to mention I was not able to shoot anything new in the past few years. That will change now. Ive said it before, but again, my apologies for the lack of productivity, or mishandling of orders, etc.
Im still taking care of a few old bits of biz, and if anyone feels they are still due somethng, please contact me directly. (I hope there aren't many if any of you!) I'm still available, and responsible to anyone if we have previous unfinished business.
Any prior business questions or concerns, etc.before July...or if anyone wants to reach me now on here through the PMs you certainly can get me at username "neilpiefightgirls".
To reach me directly, and get a much faster response, you can get me at my new email addy ... thepiefightgirls@yahoo.com
Lastly, Im not going away forever...and as I say i'll be doing some new shooting...but Piefightgirls website is in new hands now.
All my original material, and now some of his material, are all available at the PFG website.
Hopefully that clears things upfor everyone, and you know how o get to where you want to be.
Yes I am said person operating under the "piefightgirls" user name. I didn't mean to "take over" the username when I changed it, it seemed as though my "gooey" username would still be in tact and only the display name would change... I guess I'm now technically "piefightgirls_2" now though (http://umd.net/profile/piefightgirls_2).
But nonetheless, yes I'm partnering with Neil on the future of the site and will be the day-to-day contact for normal business. As Neil mentioned, he'll still be around and shooting for the site. His special touch will remain!
I'll also be adding some content I've been holding onto as well as some new shoots. I've had multiple hard drive crashes recently, but am almost recovered and will go into editing mode soon hopefully.
Neil and I will still be working closely together, so if any correspondence comes in on the piefightgirls site directed specifically towards Neil, I will make sure it gets to him.
Thanks guys and I look forward to keeping Neil's work up to par!
Good to see the brand getting a new lease of life. PFG was one of the cornerstones of the nascent WAM scene. Can I ask what the future holds in terms of whether you intend the new material to be recognisably in the vein of the old style of Piefight Girls material or will you be taking things in a new direction? (Apologies if you've already addressed this elsewhere)
