Having spent the last 3 days in Bristol and with time to kill, I've frequented Horts and may I recommend the Philisteak Roll.....

However. I'm working Saturday, and spend the grand total of 15 minutes at Temple Meads....

I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who came to the meet, the diehards, the occasional visitors, and the Bristol newbies alike, and I hope you all enjoyed yourselves; I think I got to chat to everyone, if only briefly. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible, especially returning newbies, at future Bristol and other meets.

We'll be doing it all again next May probably at a different venue, and praying in the interim for decent weather, good mud, and availability of models.

Thanks Mike and to everyone who made me feel welcome at my 1st splunch. I hope to attend the next one in Bristol.
I think I enjoyed the mud but, as a tank and bucket fan it may need another experience for me to become an addict (however, everytime I see mud now I have an urge that I have to hold back). It was great to meet you all.
