This video was a collaboration with ThatsUnfaitTV back in 2005. She was a local college student who worked with us and the video eventually made its way to ThatsUnfairTV.com

I see you're not being as aggressive with the year-end discounting as you have been in recent years. And that's fine -- of course it's your choice to charge whatever you want for your products.

But your statement above is just plain wrong. As of this writing, a little over 40% of your 2019 videos in your store are priced at $6 or less. And the only person who thinks that "a little over 40%" equals "most" is the current U.S. President. (Unlike Trump, however, I assume you weren't lying but made an honest mistake here.)

Your most recent 50 videos dated 2019 in your store (everything on the first two pages, as of this writing), constitute just over half of your total 2019 videos, and they have an average sale price of $11.85.

It's never been the case in the past that you've discounted the videos you put out in very recent months when the year-end price-slashing happened. But this year it seems you're keeping nearly 60% of the past year's videos at full price, and you're also doing less discounting of videos that are older than a year. For WAM bargain hunters, that's a bit disappointing, but it's all perfectly fair practice and up to you. I just feel like your statement quoted above was misleading.

Most of the videos released in the past 10-12 months were not reduced, but the per item discount % was increased and I feel the rest of the catalog is priced more than fair. Sales haven't come close to prior years and that has been accounted for. In this day and age of free content and pirated material, the fact that most videos from pages 4 to 37 are $6 or less is a pretty fair deal. In past years, most of the videos have been reduced so much that they've been basically devalued.

As I said in my first message, you're free to price your videos however you see fit. It's certainly true that overall among the major WAM producers who have stuck around for the long haul, you are one of the ones... perhaps even the leading one ... who has slashed prices on his or her back catalog items the most. And yes, because you did that consistently for at least five or six years running, that led to (perhaps unfair) expectations that you'd keep up with that, and clearly you've come to a point where it's no longer economically feasible to maintain that same velocity of price-slashing. But there were already plenty of great bargains to be found in the later pages of your store before December, and now there are probably even more as a result of your recent reductions, even if you slashed fewer prices this year than in years previous.

I was really only objecting to the fact that you misleadingly stated that most of your 2019 videos had been reduced to $6 when that's really not the case at all.
