In this scene Ana was supposed to have her dress pulled off, leaving her in her lovely matching lingerie set.

However, when the dress was pulled off...the bra came off too (you can see the first failed attempt in an outtake at the end of the scene).. We thought 'No problem'....we called cut, and tried again....and exactly the same thing happened. So this time we just went with it. It did mean that Ana's next line "I need something to cover up my underwear" (to cue in some slime over her bra and knickers) didn't make as much sense, as actually her bare boobs were on show, but no viewers have complained
