While staying away (allowed within my job) I thought it would be bad not to make use of the shower and undertake a self gunging. I use two 10 litre buckets and three 5 litre buckets of gunge. The colours og gunge used are yellow, blue, red, pink and a red/pink gunge.

I am wearing a blue go outdoors top and blue Adidas running shorts with no shoes or socks. Each bucket of gunge gets tipped over my head.
