Jess settles down to her favourite cook along program on the sploshing channel, and chocolate cupcakes filled with peanut butter is the dish of the day.

Starting with a 'clean base' Jess begins smearing herself in peanut butter and then pours on the chocolate building up the layers of sticky, sweet nutty goodness topped off with a dash of strawberry jam.

Jess repeats the process as per the on-screen instructions and then covers her face and hair with chocolate before sitting back to snack on the peanut butter and chocolate mix in her denim shorts.
