yes this certainly was public as it was in the indoor public pool with a few guest watching.....there was also a huge glass window that overlooked the pool from the hotel lobby lol. video is available, it's a must watch

@wetwedding, I do that all the time, I did it 2 days ago when I took this photo. Spent the next 3 hours squishing around the house in my soaked socks. It's so fun going about your day in wet clothes :D
