Inspired by lay-down pie sessions, the wam bowl (a.k.a. slop bucket) is a contraption that is simple and cheap to create and effectively pools mess around the head. There are some variants by Japanese wammers, [jakesm13], [slopslvt], [larzstord}, [wam-bagheera-studio] and others have embraced and perfected it. The result is excellent coverage of the head and the opportunity to smear, emerge in a sloppy mess, and move head side to side to excellent effect. Can be incorporated into submissive, BDSM scenes, with limits for safety.

The set-up is simple and involves cutting into the side of a laundry basket or firm cardboard box. Place a pillow in the base and line the bowl with a thick plastic trash bag. Create cut out in the bag for your head aligned to the hole on the side. The cut out can be reinforced or sealed with with duct tape. One can either pull their head through the opening to rest head face up or cut from the top to side hole and slide head down and then up for easy removal. Use at your own risk and ensure you can always pull your head up and out of the mess.
