Mercy West trudges through the swamp in tight jeans, a black bodysuit and sneakers, slowly sinking up to her waist. She sinks deeper and deeper, calling out for help all the while until she is up to her neck, pleading for her rescue. Once out, she stands there, shivering cold, and slowly squeegees off the mud and slime with her hands. She is dripping wet, soaked through to the skin, and filthy. Near the end of the scene, she explains the reason for this madness: she did it all for you.
