Alexia is out for a walk and can't resist checking out a patch of wet sand. She doesn't seem to care that her feet and lower legs slip into the swirling sand. And it's no problem when she sinks past her knees. But eventually Alexia realizes that something is wrong. She is stuck. And when she sinks to her hips, calling for help doesn't work. Nobody is coming to help. So she sinks past her belly with no hope of escaping the quicksand. What will become of poor Alexia?
