A few days pass with modest jokes in the office but Tanya avoids Ira. On Wednesday morning Ira is getting ready to go to work and is just finishing her makeup. Ira is already dressed for the office in her tight black trousers with the white widely spaced pinstripe, black high heels and her white blouse with the ruff collar.

Just as Ira finishes her lipstick the door bell rings. Ira answers the door to find her colleague Elena Kudryakova there! Elena is wearing some smart brown trousers and a cream top and she has a shopping bag with her and explains she was asked to bring something round for Ira on her way to the office. Ira says it better not be a pie to go in her face! Elena laughs at such a silly idea and says of course it's not a pie for Ira's face! Ira relaxes and invites Elena through to the kitchen.

Elena takes out a small wrapped present from the bag and gives it too Ira. Ira says thank you and is excited to open it. The present has lots of cello-tape on it and Ira turns to find a knife. Elena moves quickly, placing her phone on a shelf switched to take a video, then while Ira is still finding her knife Elena takes a bowl of trifle out of the bag and two large cartons of custard. Elena grins at her recording phone and opens the two cartons!

Ira finally gets the gift open. Inside is a set of white underwear with lacy finish and a note. Ira reads the note which says 'Dear Ira. You might need these in a moment! Love Tanya.'

Ira turns back to Elena to find out what is going on and finds her grinning and holding the large bowl of trifle! Elena tips the bowl over onto the top of Ira's head and pushes it down while twisting it too and fro. Cream, custard, fruit filling, lumps of sponge and jam all fall out of the upturned bowl swamping Ira's hair and covering her face, except her chin.

The laughing Elena leaves the bowl on Ira's head who seems stunned into inaction by this humiliation. Elena picks up one of the cartons of custard shows it to the recording phone with a big grin, turns back to Ira, pulls open the front of Ira's smart black trousers! Elena pauses to comment on how nice Ira's black panties are for the benefit of the recording and then she pours the custard down into Ira' trousers! Elena takes care to get all the custard into Ira's trousers with only a dribble down the outside. Ira's only reaction is that her jaw drops open in shock!

Elena picks up the second carton with another grin for the camera and then pours the custard down the front of Ira's nice white blouse. Elena concentrates on soaking ira's white lacy bra but then is less careful, getting custard all over the front of Ira's blouse! Several streaks of custard are left running down the front of Ira's trousers.

Elena is laughing now as she lifts the bowl off Ira's head to reveal what a serious mess has been made of her hair. Elena gets some kitchen roll and wipes Ira's eyes clear of trifle. Elena manages to stop laughing to tell Ira that she will see her later in the office! Elena picks up her phone and skips out of the apartment leaving Ira standing in messy shock.

Ira is just left to curse the cunning Tanya and her other colleagues!
