(continued from Lauren's Story - Chapter 13)...

"We need to talk after work today," Lauren told Sarah when she got into the office the next morning. "I have questions..."
The day went by fairly quickly and Sarah waited until everyone had left to go into Lauren's office. "So...what happened?"
"You set me up with a guy that likes to get messy more than you do? Why didn't you tell me about any of that?"
"I...I...well honestly I've been enjoying getting messy with you and don't want to share. But the main reason was that David said he had given all of that up. Plus I thought you guys were compatible without that. Wasn't I right about that at least?"
"Yes you were. I'll have to give you that."
Lauren explained how David had told her about his "workshop" and how he had showed her a trailer for one of his old videos. "What did you do then?"
"Well, thanks to you I basically offered to do anything he wanted. I'm going over to his place on Saturday and he's supposedly going to do to me all the things that turn him on."
"Wow, you made him go back to it? I know it has been hard on him...not doing that stuff anymore."

"Hmm, well James has quite a few of his old videos on his computer. I'll see if I can download them and get them over to you for some 'research,' you know," Sarah said with a big grin on her face.
"That would be great! I didn't even think about that. I tried searching for him online but came back with nothing."
"That's because he didn't use his real name when he did that stuff."
"What name did he use?"
"Didn't you see it when you watched the trailer with him?"
"I guess I missed it. Probably just distracted at that point."
"Ok, well, the name he used was...I don't know if I should tell you...I guess it won't matter...his name was..."
"Come on! You're killing me!"
"It's pretty ridiculous."
"That was his name?"
"No, I'm saying his name was funny and stupid. It was Pie Carumba, like the Bart Simpson quote."
Lauren and Sarah both started laughing at that point. "You're right, that's ridiculous. I'm going to stick with calling him David."

The next day, Sarah handed Lauren a DVD. "I took it from the 'secret' collection of James. I don't think he will miss it."
"Ok..." Lauren was now very curious about the videos.
After work, Lauren got back to her place and put her "Chill mix" on her wireless speaker system like she did every night. It always helped her wind down after work. Maybe she was overthinking this.

"Thanks. It's the least you can do since I set you up with him," Sarah said grinning. "Do you know what you're going to wear on Saturday?"
"I told him he needed to pick out stuff from his collection for me to wear. But I am going to wear the outfit I wore at his place Saturday night, the white lacy sun dress outfit. He told me he liked that outfit."
"Nice. Are you going to fill me in on all of the details?"
"Maybe not all of the details..." Lauren said with an evil grin.
The rest of the afternoon went by extra slow. She thought the day would never end. It was just her and Sarah again this afternoon and it was no one's birthday to look forward to special deliveries. It was about 5 minutes to 5 and Lauren started running her end of day reports. Sarah was emptying the office trash and sweeping up the leaves and dirt that people had tracked in. Lauren heard the bell ring that sounds when someone opens the door to the office. She assumed it was Sarah sweeping stuff out the door.
"Lauren! You have a delivery!" Sarah yelled back into Lauren's office.
Lauren came out to see the same delivery guy that had brought Sarah's pie a few weeks back. He was wearing the same shirt, the same baseball hat, and had basically a very similar box. "What is this for?" She asked knowing full well what was in the box.
"Maybe you should go outside, Lauren?" Sarah said not wanting to clean up the inside of the office.
They all walked outside and Lauren knew that something was familiar about that delivery guy, other than the fact he had "delivered" here before. Then he started talking, "This present is a gift to you Lauren, in preparation for your big day tomorrow. He then started to open the back of the box and pulled out the big cream pie. But before he smashed it into Lauren's face, he took off his cap, which was down low over his face.
"David! You're the delivery guy!" Lauren yelled as David plastered her with the big cream pie. He smeared it all over her head and down the front of her dress. Before she could regain her composure, he took off running towards his car.
"See you tomorrow!" David yelled as he got into his car.
Sarah just stood there laughing at Lauren. But she did have the foresight to film the whole thing on her phone.
"Can you get me some towels?" Lauren asked, laughing under the cream.
"Sure," Sarah said. She came back out of the office with a couple of towel and as she got closer Lauren flicked some pie at her.
"Did you know about this?"
"I had no idea. Honestly, I didn't. But it sure is funny. I bet you're in for quite a day tomorrow."
And Lauren felt the same way. She couldn't wait for tomorrow morning to get here.
