The opening credits ran for what felt like the first time in a long time, the familiar gavel slamming down on screen, followed by the word 'Justice!' appearing in large white letters. The camera cut to show the judge, adorned with his traditional long white wig and black robes.

"Hello and welcome to the final episode in the regular series of Justice!" spoke the judge. "It may be the final episode, however we have two pieces of good news. Firstly, we have been commissioned for a second series, and secondly and most importantly, the rules have not changed, so someone will today be facing our unique form of justice. For those of you unfamiliar, this is the show which gives you the chance to prosecute someone in your life who has done you wrong. Convince our studio audience jury of their wrongdoing and you will condemn them to a severe punishment. Fail to convince our jury however, and you yourself will be on the end of the punishment for wasting court time. But what do these punishments look like I hear you ask? Well, here is a recap of the previous episode to give you a flavour."

The camera cut to show the highlights of the previous episode between the two teammates, Molly and Niamh. It showed their arguments, closely followed by the reveal of the result, with smoking hot redhead Niamh condemned to her punishment. It then showed her scantily clad in the minimalist prisoner's uniform, before showing her punishment, rolling around in the food filled zorb ball before a final splashdown into the bath. Finally, some behind the scenes footage was shown of Niamh exiting the bath, the mixed slop sliding down her figure, uncomfortably squelching her way back to the cage to be taken away to the showers. The camera then cut back to the judge;

"As you can see, its pretty high stakes stuff, and judging by Niamh's percentage of the votes in that episode, she has a good chance of returning for our end of season special, but more on that later. For now, lets get acquainted with today's plaintiff. Please state your name, age and place of residence."

The camera panned down to a slim young woman of average height, with long blonde hair reaching halfway down her back. She then began to address the judge's queries;

"My name is Katie, I am 23 years old and I live in London."

"Thank you Katie" said the judge. "Now for the defendant, please state your name, age and place of residence."

The camera cut to another young woman, who similar to the plaintiff was slim and of average height, however had slightly shorter hair falling to the back of her shoulders, and slightly darker hair, a more dirty blonde in comparison to the plaintiff's lighter blonde.

"My name is Lily, I am 23 years old and I live in London."

"Thank you Lily" said the judge, the camera returning to him. "Now Katie, please explain why you are prosecuting Lily today?"

The camera cut back to the light blonde Katie, who began to speak;

"Thank you judge. Lily and I run an internet vlog on Youtube, and we have done since we left college together aged 18. In the last couple of years we have blown up massively and now have over 100,000 subscribers. We are starting to make a career out of this, however recently Lily has not been pulling her weight. I have to do all of the editing of the videos, and I come up with most of our ideas. Despite us having built this together, she is now reaping half of the rewards but without half of the effort, so I believe she needs to learn that this needs to be an equitable partnership, and I hope a punishment can help her see the error of her ways."

"Thank you Katie" said the judge. "Lily, what do you have to say in your defence?"

The camera cut to the darker haired Lily, who looked eager to speak;

"Well judge, what Katie has neglected to mention, is that the reason she does all the editing is because she studied videography at college. I on the other hand, did business management, and as such I deal with arranging events for us to attend to help spread our brand and further our careers. As for the suggestion that I don't come up with any ideas for the channel, this is complete nonsense. Admittedly we tend to use Katie's ideas because she is the more creative of the two of us, but just because her ideas are better doesn't mean I don't have any. Clearly her claims are ridiculous and I'm sure the jury will agree!"

"Well", the judge began. "If there is one thing this show teaches you, it is that you never know how the jury are going to react. Katie, do you have any final statements?"

"As a matter of fact, yes I do judge", Katie began. "Whilst it is true that Lily deals with the management side of things, this takes nowhere near as long as the editing. I spend hours making sure our videos are crisp and perfect for our viewers, whereas Lily looks at our calendars for 10 minutes to work out whether we can attend an event or not. She even went out with some of our friends the other night whilst I was stuck inside editing, because "She had finished her work for the day", whereas she could have helped me with the editing of our video which was going out the next day. Also, her ideas are just dreadful, so aren't even worth considering. Who would want to watch a video of us trying on the latest in the M&S scarf range for goodness sake?!"

"Hey, there are plenty of people who would be interested in that video!" shouted Lily, before the judge had a chance to interject. "Its difficult to come up with new and interesting ideas all the time. We mainly focus on beauty stuff, but delve into other areas such as fashion too, so I was just trying to think of something new. Also, I did once help you out with the editing, but when you looked at what I had done you changed it all anyway. And yes I have a little more free time than you, but for me that is just us playing to our strengths to advance our channel and careers."

"Thank you ladies", said the judge, getting in before anyone else could respond. "I think we have all heard enough, so it is now up to our studio audience jury to decide whether Lily is guilty of not pulling her weight, or whether Katie is simply wasting court time. Please place your votes now, and for those watching at home tune in to the second part of the show, where one of these ladies will be filming a very different kind of video, in our fashionable prisoner's uniform, which I am sure these trendy ladies will be delighted to wear"

The surprisingly long ad break ended, and the camera cut back to show the judge in his usual position, towering over the two young women and the studio audience beneath him;

"Welcome back to Justice!" said the judge. "Before the break we heard the arguments of two vloggers, Katie and Lily. Katie is attempting to prosecute Lily as she believes that Lily is not pulling her weight on their channel. Lily however disputes this, and says that she does actually pull her weight, and it just makes more sense for Katie to do the video editing given her academic history." The judge paused, before continuing his slightly different speech than normal;

"Now, as regular viewers will know, this is usually the part of the show where we demonstrate to our plaintiff and defendant the punishment that will be inflicted on one of them, at the behest of our studio audience jury. However, for reasons that will become clear when we come to the punishment, there is not going to be a demonstration for today's show. Instead, we are going to use this time to talk about our upcoming end of season special."

This proclamation from the judge elicited 'ooohs' from the studio audience, eager to hear what was coming up. Once these had subsided, the judge continued;
"We feel that the studio audience jury have had all the fun this series, getting all the power to decide who should be subjected to some really quite brutal punishment. So, we feel that it is time to reward our loyal viewers at home and let them have their say. At the end of today's show, those of you watching at home will get the opportunity to make your voice be heard. Maybe you felt that there has been a miscarriage of justice in one episode, and that the victor was the one who deserved punishment. Or, maybe you feel that someone's crime was so heinous, that the punishment they received just wasn't enough. Well, you will have the opportunity to vote on two counts. The first, is which of our punished contestants throughout the series deserves a shot at revenge against their respective victor? The second is which of our punished contestants deserves a little more, or in reality a lot more, and should be held up as an example? The top two contestants voted for by you in each category will go through to battle it out, to either inflict some revenge on their respective victor, or to avoid a horrible fate. And what would that fate be I hear you ask? Well, I'm sure a certain blonde tennis star could fill you in, but if you'd like to see for yourself just use this QR code and you will be taken directly to the video. But, enough about the future, lets get back to the matter in hand."

The camera cut to show the worried looks on the faces of the two vloggers, both now aware that this may not be the only time one of them would be getting messy, or indeed that even today's victor may not get away scot-free. The camera panned back to the judge, who began to introduce today's punishment;

"As mentioned, we won't be demonstrating today's punishment, and the reason for this is that we heard that there is one thing which is very precious to both of these ladies and that istheir hair!"

Both girls now looked terrified, fearing the worst about what the show was going to do to their hair.

"Now don't worry ladies, we won't be cutting any hair off or doing anything permanent, but lets just say this will be a major focus of today's punishment, the Savage Salon. And why could we not demonstrate this punishment I hear you ask? Well, whilst Prisoner 1 has many attributes, hair is not one of them. Prisoner 1 is still however, a fantastic model, so let's see what one of you two will very shortly be wearing."

A stagehand walked out carrying the now infamous 'Prisoner 1'. The crash test dummy was adorned in the classic prisoner's uniform, a grey top with very small sleeves and which reached halfway down the dummy's midriff, and a pair of shockingly short shorts, again grey, with both the top and shorts having small black arrows.
Neither Katie nor Lily looked overly enthused at the prospect of wearing that uniform. They had built their entire brand and image around being stylish and fashionable, so wearing something like that would be unthinkable to either of them, without even contemplating what was going to happen to the one unfortunate enough to be wearing it. The camera then cut back to the judge;

"Well there you have it ladies. I can see you are both extremely excited and can't wait to find out who gets to the be the one who wears such a fitting uniform. Well wait no longer, as the results are in! Would the foreperson of the jury please stand."

A young man stood up with an envelope in his hand, clearly relishing the moment with a huge smile on his face.

"On the charge of not pulling her weight on the channel and being generally lazy, do you find the defendant guilty or not guilty?" asked the judge.

The man opened the envelope, and gave a 5 second pause before shouting the result with great gusto;

"NOT GUILTY!!!"

"YES YES YES!"

"NOOOOO!"

The contrasts of emotions between the two vloggers could not have been more stark, with Lily jumping for joy and screaming with happiness, whilst Katie was screaming in despair and sinking at her podium. She did not sink for long however, as she was quickly cuffed behind her back and marched off the podium in front of the judge.

"Katie", the judge began. "You have been found guilty of wasting court time by bringing a spurious claim to the court that your friend Lily was lazy. The jury has found her innocent of this, and as such you shall receive a very special treatment in the 'Savage Salon'. Please take her in to custody and prepare her for punishment."

Katie whimpered as she was lead off stage, the thought of what was about to happen to her and her hair so overwhelming that she couldn't even manage words. In contrast, Lily had the grin of the most delighted Cheshire Cat, and the judge soon addressed her to get her opinion, as if it wasn't obvious already;

"So Lily, I think I can tell by your face but how are you feeling at the result?"

The camera panned to the victorious girl;

"Oh absolutely delighted judge, I couldn't imagine the horror of my hair being ruined and I can't wait to see what is going to happen to Katie. After all, this was her idea."

"Well", said the judge. "You may get a closer look than you think, as for this particular punishment we need some additional assistance with the 'styling' of the hair, and we thought that there is nobody more qualified than yourself to take on this role. Would you be up for that?"

"Oh certainly judge!", Lily exclaimed excitedly. "Just tell me what I have to do and I'll be there."

"All you will need to do is read off the autocue and perform the actions it suggests." The judge replied, which was quickly followed up by Lily;

"Sounds simple enough."

The camera then panned back to the judge for a short time, whilst he exclaimed that;

"Well it is a good job it is simple as our prisoner is ready. Please bring her in!"

Two stagehands in their usual police officer uniforms wheeled in the cage, which as ever was just large enough for one person to stand in. On this occasion, the one person was a gorgeous, blonde 23 year old vlogger, wearing a tiny pair of tight shorts, which accentuated her pert bottom and showed off her slender legs. On her top half, she wore a tight fitting t shirt which stopped halfway down her stomach, her long hair falling down her back further than the t shirt itself. Her hands were cuffed through the bars in the cage, and she wore on her face a look of dejected fear. The camera then moved to the judge, who thought it may finally be time to introduce something quite important;

"The eagle eyed among you may have noticed something is missing", the judge began. "We have a prisoner primed for punishment, but no method of punishment. Fear not however, we are not letting her off. Please reveal the 'Savage Salon'."

With those words, a large door raised to reveal this episode's method of torture. In comparison to some of the show's other designs it was quite minimalist. What stood in front of everyone was effectively a cross between a dentist chair and a salon chair. It had the footrest of a salon chair, however raised up the entirety of the back. Rather than a headrest however, there was then a padded semi-circle where the occupant's neck would rest, with their head sticking out over the top. Behind the chair was a large basin, which underneath had a tube which ran under the chair and into a pit in front of the chair. Hanging down above the basin was another long and flexible tube, the horrors which lay within already racing through Katie's mind.

Katie did not have long to ponder however, as she heard the words from the judge;

"Please get the prisoner into position."

With this, she was escorted, extremely reluctantly, towards the chair. What could not be seen originally were the restraints on the chair, one on each arm, one around the midriff and another two shackles on the footrest. Katie was sat on the chair, her bare feet coming into contact with the metal footrest, regrettably for her, not the worst sensation she would soon be feeling. The shackles were closed around her ankles and her midriff was also strapped into the chair. Finally, her arms were placed on the arm rests of the chair and her wrists were locked in place. She was now fully immobilised, completely at the mercy, or lack thereof, of her friend and the show. The camera then cut to the judge who began his closing remarks;

"Katie, you have been found to have wasted court time by falsely accusing your friend of being lazy when it comes to your channel. In fact, you both work to your own skillsets, and your selfish actions has the potential to damage both of your careers. As a result, I hope you take this experience as a lesson in humility and a deterrent for any such acts in the future. Commence punishment!"

The judge slammed his gavel down as he spoke his final words, whilst at the same time Katie's chair began tilting backwards, until her head was hanging over the basin with her hair nestled inside. As the chair moved, Katie's whimpering began again, dreading what was seconds away. It was then Lily's turn to speak, prompted by the autocue;

"The first part of any hair treatment, is to ensure that the hair is nice and clean. For a blonde, the main thing is to ensure their colour remains vibrant, so our first treatment will be some mustard, to ensure a bright colour."

The word mustard seemed to wake Katie up from her dejected trance, as she began screaming when the sauce was mentioned;

"NO! Please Lily I'm sorry no I can't do this please stop, STOP!"

Katie's please were futile however, as was her wriggling against her restraints as she felt the first gush of mustard being released from the tube, connecting briefly with her forehead before streaming down through her hair and into the basin.

"We need to make sure there is an even colour all over", Lily said as she gleefully massaged the mustard into her friend's hair, who could only whimper in disgust. By the time the mustard had stopped flowing, the basin was half full and Katie's now bright yellow hair was floating on the top.

"Next up", Lily said, reading from the autocue once more, "We will need to add fragrance, as everyone loves someone with wonderful smelling hair. For today's treatment, we will be using garlic mayo, to get a really strong and delightful aroma."

As the garlic mayo began to pour out of the tube, both Lily and Katie grimaced. Lily could smell the overpowering stench of the garlic mayo and was becoming nauseous just thinking about having to touch it. The grimace on Katie's face was 10 times worse however, as she could not only smell it but could feel it, and knew that getting that stench out of her hair would be an almost impossible job without at least 10 showers. Despite her reservations, Lily put her hands back in the basin and began to meticulously massage the garlic mayo into Katie's hair, ensuring she reached right down into the roots for maximum damage. The basin was now full of the yellow and white mess, and Katie's hair was now submerged in the saucy mire.

"As you can see, our basin is now rather full", Lily began. "But fear not, as we have a solution." As she said this, she pressed a large button by the side of the chair. This began to drain the basin through the pipe beneath, and deposit the mess into the pit in front of the chair.

"Whilst we wait for the basin to drain, we also offer other treatments here, such as an all over body tan." With these words from Lily, a large hopper, which had thus far gone unnoticed by either girl which was hanging from the roof over the chair upturned, releasing a thunderous cascade of baked beans over the shocked blonde restrained in her seat. As she was not expecting the deluge, her mouth had been open and was quickly shut, but not before taking in a mouthful of baked beans which she ruefully swallowed. Her entire body was now orange, bean juice dripping from her face and having saturated both her t-shirt and shorts, the thin material offering no protection from the slimy sauce. Beans also filled her belly button and ran down her bare legs and feet, Katie now even more uncomfortable in her salon seat of misery. To add to this, any beans and sauce which were not on her were running down into the pit in front of the chair, which she suspected she would soon become very well acquainted with.

"A beautiful tan", Lily said sarcastically. "Now that the basin is drained however, we can continue with the hair treatment. It is very in vogue at the moment to have textures in your hair, therefore we thought the best way to do this would be with some rice pudding!"

Katie groaned at the words rice pudding. Having previously used glitter in her hair, she knew just how much of a nightmare it would be to remove little pieces of rice from her long hair. The rice pudding began to flow and Lily was quick to ensure that no part of Katie's hair avoided coming into contact with the pudding, and that the rice did not just settle on the surface of the hair, but instead found its way deep inside.

Katie could now feel the weight of her completely saturated hair, and was desperately hoping for her torture to end. Her wish was somewhat granted, as Lily began to speak again;

"The final part of the treatment is to ensure everything stays in place, so we will use some hair gel, or in this case some maple syrup, to style the hair and ensure it remains in place."

Katie was nervous about the use of the word 'style' and with good reason. Unbeknownst to her, the auto cue simply had the words "mess up the hair" as an instruction for Lily. And Lily seriously obliged. As the syrup came running out of the basin, Lily went to town on her friend's hair. She rubbed the syrup through the hair before beginning to tangle the long locks together, ensuring it became more of a clump, as opposed to the previously long flowing locks of the 23 year old in the chair, distressed at the feeling of her hair being annihilated as it was and desperately uncomfortable at the feeling of the bean juice soaking through her clothes and into her underwear, all whilst she was completely helpless to stop any of it, restrained as she was. Lily finally completed her destruction, ensuring Katie's hair was barely recognisable even as hair anymore, and more just one clump of sticky and stinky mess, now tangles so much that it barely reached down past her shoulders, whereas before it was down at her lower back.

Once the destruction was complete, Lily pushed the same button she had previously to release the rice pudding and syrup from the basin, travelling down the tube and into the pit. She then pushed another button, which led to Katie's chair tilting forward, into a regular sitting position, but then continuing forward such that the vlogger was now tilted over the pit, the only thing preventing her from dropping into it the restraints around her wrists, midriff and ankles. Lily then began to speak;
"That is nearly it for our treatment, but don't forget about our final offering at the Savage Salon, an all over mud bath. Unfortunately, we have supply issues with the mud, but we figured the hair and tanning treatments would work just as well."

With that, Katie's chair tipped further forward, Katie squealing as it did so, before eventually being submerged under the surface of the pit, an idea which the production team had gained from their newest member, who had recently joined from a popular French gameshow. Under the pit Katie was experiencing a range of sensations, all of which were extremely unpleasant. The smell was revolting, the garlic mayo, beans and mustard overpowering the relatively sweet smelling syrup and rice pudding. Whilst the rice pudding didn't smell, along with the beans it had a knack of finding every one of Katie's crevices, invading her bra and pants, causing the 23 year old immeasurable discomfort.

Eventually, after around 5 seconds under the mire, but which felt like 5 minutes for Katie, her chair was raised up, leaving her back in her position hanging above the pit. Food stuffs dripped off her, beans and rice pudding running down her body whilst the syrup dangled down and into the pool. Her hair hung down in front of her in one vast clump, saturated, tangled and slathered in slop, it was going to be a long, arduous and likely literally painful job to get her hair back to normal again, given the number of knots her hair now surely contained. The judge came over to speak with the victorious Lily;

"Well there we have it, what a fantastic way to end the final regular show of the series. Lily, do you feel that justice has been done?"

"Oh certainly judge", the vlogger began. "I hope this is a lesson to Katie to never accuse me of being lazy again, and I suspect it will be one which neither I nor our channel viewers will let her forget for a very long time."

"And what about you Katie", the judge said, turning to face the prone girl. "Do you feel justice has been done?"

All the mangled mess which was once Katie could manage was a quite "No", completely defeated by the experience and wondering how she would ever be able to live it down.

"You know, I had a feeling that would be the response", the judge remarked. "But for the final time in this format I want to thank all of you for tuning in, and don't forget to look out for your opportunity to vote on who gets a shot at revenge, and who deserves a more severe punishment. Until then however, remember that if you can't take the grime, DON'T WASTE COURT TIME!"
