The next day is Friday and back on Cyprus Marianne is having one of her Super Motivated early morning gym sessions with Alyona Kats, the friend and mutual acquaintance of Leyla. Marianne is in her multi-coloured leggings, one of her signature white vest tops and trainers. Alyona is looking gym glamorous in her bright gloss pink leggings and white crop top and white trainers.

Alyona is as usual pushing Marianne hard in the local Limassol gym with it's adjoining bakery and patisserie. Marianne is feeling good, her video of Vanessa getting messed up at the office has gone viral and Vanessa's reputation as their office stooge was even bigger now.

Alyona is in a good playful mood but the need to boost her huge online following was always with her and she was thinking about getting a post out of Marianne's workout. Alyona was famous for her food and fitness posting mixed in with a fair bit of mess! Alyona didn't particularly like getting messy but she did value the attention she got from it. Her following on instagram and Splosh! certainly depended on it. Messy posts from the gym were a staple of Alyona's internet feed and she had a green light from the bakery owner to use food from it as long as his shop was tagged in the post so Alyona had all she needed to get a post done. Alyona steps discretely over to a shelf and puts her phone on it in video recording mode.

"Marianne" says Alyona "Do you want to take a mess forfeit on the next exercise?"

Marianne knew what this meant, she followed Alyona on line and knew Alyona had done these before and usually lost. Marianne was feeling good and decided to risk it!

"Ok" Marianne says "what's the bet?"

"50 push ups in 30" says Alyona. Marianne was right Alyona made these bets doable so she mostly got the forfeit - after all the post was about her.

"OK! Sure!"

"Go!" says Alyona and Marianne drops and does the push ups getting to 50 in 27 seconds.

"I win" gasps Marianne getting to her feet.

Alyona makes a play of looking disappointed "Yes, I suppose. You can let me have it" Alyona expects to get a pie in the face, it was the usual choice women took when they got the chance with her.

But Marianne has really enjoyed pouring mess down Vanessa's trousers in the recent set up and so her attention was drawn to Alyona's bright, glossy pink leggings. Marianne looks across to the patisserie and sees a large jug of custard!

"Right! Here it comes!" laughs Marianne as she picks up the jug. Alyona's eye widen in alarm at this, she has only got herself prepared for a pie in the face. Marianne pulls Alyona's leggings wide open at the front and laughs again as she pours the bright yellow custard deep into them! Alyona's leggings elastic nature spreads the custard round her hips as they are allowed to close even as they take on a slimy yellow hue. Alyona looks at the giggling Marianne and decides she needs to take this post a bit further than normal.

"Oh Marianne that was wicked of you! Do you want to try for another forfeit? See if you can mess me up a bit more?"

Marianne is surprised as most of the type of posts she has seen are only one forfeit but she is very confident and so says "Sure! What's the exercise?"

"50 situps in 30" replies Alyona.

Marianne drops to do these but Alyona has chosen this task with more care and she knows Marianne will struggle. And indeed she does, as the 30 seconds comes up she is still on 22!

"Oh dear Marianne. Not so good this time." comments Alyona as she steps over to the bakery display and picks up a plate with a sponge based flan 30cm in diameter filled with stewed apple and topped with cream. Marianne gets slowly to her feet looking at the flan with dismay. Alyona turns Marianne around so Alyona's phone has a clear view of Marianne's rear in her stripy leggings. Marianne thinks she is going to get the flan rubbed over her bottom but Alyona pulls open the back of Marianne's leggings and skilfully slides the flan off its plate down into the leggings! Alyona had managed to pull Marianne's legging nice and wide so nearly the whole flan disappeared into them before stopping.

Slowly Alyona bends Marianne over and you can see the flan being crushed against Marainne's generous behind! Alyona's great posting experience ensures this moment is clearly recorded on her phone.

Marianne gets stood up and while she is laughing there is clearly a very messy feeling in her leggings! Marianne is keen to get her back on Alyona and asks.

"How about another challenge?"

Alyona senses a really popular post coming together and she wants to make Marianne even more messy so she says "Sure"

Alyona comes up with a squatting exercise target relishing how that will be for Marianne with that huge flan down the back of her leggings. And indeed doing the squats is pretty uncomfortable for Marianne but what Alyona forgot was that Marianne is pretty good at these so she actually reaches the goal!

Marianne is very pleased and gives a fist pump! Alyona accepts the loss with good grace and humour as she knows this goes down well online. Marianne scans what is available in the bakery and her gaze comes to rest on a large jug of chocolate custard! Alyona puts on a show of horror as Marianne picks this jug up but makes sure she is in clear profile to her phone, if she is going to get it she wants a great post of it! Marianne pulls open Alyona's white gym top and carefully and deliberately pours the thick brown sauce into it! There is a lot of sauce and the brief top cannot hold all of it so a thick stream comes out the bottom of it and runs over Alyona's toned stomach and down onto her pink leggings!

Alyona makes expressions of disgust to the camera. But she recovers quickly and says, "Another challenge?"

Marianne senses she is pushing her luck but does not want to be a coward so replies, "Ok if you are sure"

"I am. 30 jumping jacks in 30"

Off Marianne goes, maybe its the flan in her leggings or just fatigue but she falls just short of the target.

"Oh no" laughs Marianne "I'm going to get it!"

"For sure" says Alyona who steps over and picks up a cherry and strawberry cream flan she had her eye on earlier. Alyona is carefully to get Marianne facing toward the camera with herself off to one side flan up on her fingertips.

"Smile Marianne!" urges Alyona.

Marianne does smile only now spotting the phone location. So Marianne is giving her wide grin into the camera at the moment she gets the flan in her face! Alyona's firm push causes a nice splat noise and some mess spraying down Marianne's white gym top! Alyona gives the flan a quarter twist and then smears it up onto the top of Marianne's head before patting it down into place. After a moment or two Marianne wipes her eyes free of mess and laughs at her own humiliation.

"So I think this workout is coming to an end!" laughs Alyona "But Marianne has been a great sport so I'm going to let her mess me up a bit more" Alyona wants to make sure she is the main event here. Marianne is however all too happy to play along.

"Great!" Marianne exclaims and turns to the bakery. Marianne quickly spots a bowl of bright green lime pudding and goes to get it. Alyona just manages to make sure she is in good profile position to her phone before Marianne puts the bowl over her head and the green mess envelopes her hair and splatters down her face! Marianne laughs out loud and points at this mess while looking at the camera. Alyona leaves it a moment or two before lifting the bowl off her head to reveal the full mess of her long dark hair.

Alyona was going to leave it there but cannot resist. "Marianne can i just put that flan" she points at a strawberry pudding flan with cream topping "down the front of your leggings? To finish things off"

Marianne surprises herself by saying. "Oh ok, they are a mess at the back already!"

Alyona gets the deep flan, pulls open the front of the giggling Marianne's leggings and slides it in! Alyona lets the leggings close and then while grinning at the camera places her hand on the front of Marainne's hips and rubbed the flan around. Marianne plays along looking at the camera with her messy face and a sagging jaw as the flan is pulped inside her gym leggings.

"Ok - workout complete!" cries Alyona wiping some lime pudding away from an eye, and turns off her phone video.

"Oh, what a mess" says Marianne.

"I agree" says Alyona "thank you for being such a sport over it!"

Marianne laughs "Well we came out about even!" Marianne ponders as the two of them waddle to the changing room. "Do you know Vanessa from my office?"

"No, I don't think so"

"She would be great for a workout like this"
