Helen is a real weirdo: First thing she does is grabbing the black paint, smearing her lips and eyes, laughing, then covering her whole face, followed by the rest of her body.

Helen is pulling a heavy bucket of clay to her seat and continues the messy party, starting to cover her face and body with clay and breathing heavy when covering her nose and mouth. Then Doc Brutal arrives and is wrapping her up in bandages, so her hands are tight up and her face and entire head is wrapped... while covering the bandages with clay, breathing is getting harder and harder and she is gasping for air, so Doc Brutal is leaving her alone to get rid of the bandages.

But the lack of air was so arousing that Helen is grabbing fishnets stockings, covering her fully face with clay and pulling the stocking over it, adding more clay to make sure there is no breathing, and holding on until she needs to pull that off and breathe, but then doing it again because it was so great.
