Brinley is working out poolside wearing a sexy black leggings, a sports bra and sneakers. She works out for the first few minutes of the clip and then she slowly steps in the pool halfway. She comes back out to work out a little more while being partially wet. After that she gets in the pool all the way and she also dunks under to get her hair wet. She swims for a little while and does a few pool jumps and a cannonball. She also swims underwater a lot. At the end of the clip she takes her sneakers off, revealing her socks. Before the clip ends, she does one final dip without sneakers. Scene contains underwater footage.

"Exactly what I wanted"
The video is at a perfect length with plenty of things for Mandi to do. I loved the initial dive into the water and the amount she had spent underwater before treading water with the heavy outfit on, as her beautiful blond hair is slicked back and floats above the surface. There was a perfect balance of surface and underwater footage, too.
The struggling with such a heavy outfit was great too, and it was wonderful to see her slowly strip as time went on.
