I empty a bottle of molasses (or black treacle if you're from round here) over my naked self while sitting cross-legged in my shower. The whole thing is shot in slow-mo for lots of glorious dripping, a bit of jiggling, and me inadvertently getting wet (and cold) when I get up and knock the shower control by accident!
