In conclusion of Slow Sink, Part I, Part II begins with Mercy West stuck up to her waist in dense, brown goo. She wiggles and squirms, but finds herself sinking deeper. In attempt to flag down an approaching plane she takes off her bra but accidentally flings it away. Topless and stuck, she sinks down to her shoulders before being rescued. Once out of the bog, she pledges to do anything for her hero.
