James takes on the classic higher or lower card game. He's wearing the blue Everton football shirt and shorts and sits bare foot in the gunge tank. If he fails to complete a 5 card sequence of higher or lower, he's gunged. If he reveals a joker card, then he has to pick a forfeit. In his case it's Messy Pup so he puts on a puppy hood and gets down on all fours for a bucket of thick, dark gunge.
