Vikki V, wearing a business skirt, jacket, blouse, dark pantyhose and heels, is a sexy reporter, determined to get her story at any cost. The gunshots are her lead and she walks into the marsh, hoping to find their source. She is not deterred when she starts sinking, but then the mud gets really deep and she finds herself stuck and sinking in the thick mire. Struggling, she calls out for help, but her crew is nowhere to be found. Vikki manages to slowly pull herself free and hopes that, by crawling towards the water, she can get free. Unfortunately, she gets stuck in more thick, deep mud as she struggles forward. Getting free again, she reaches the water, relieved. That relief turns to worry and fear as she suddenly starts sinking ever faster--she realizes too late that there is quicksand just beneath the surface of the water. Screaming for help, and struggling wildly, Vikki tries to break free of the quicksand's grip, but she fails, as the mire pulls her under quickly. There is a brief after-the-submergence segment at the end, showing Vikki rising from the mud, completely covered in the mud.
