Smiley was out and despite being February, when she sees water, she runs towards it. Don't mind the strange looks from others as she goes into the splash pad in her white jeans and light blue top (with black underwear beneath). Smiley uses every way possible to get soaked over and over again, especially the giant bucket that dumps right over her head. The camera, cameraman, and of course Smiley all end up dripping wet. This is as spontaneous and candid as it gets and truly shows Smiley's love for getting soaked.
