I showed up for a personal training session in the singlet I was told to wear but I had no idea what kind of "workout" this trainer had planned. What started with simple stretching and flexing quickly turned into something much messier. Before I knew it I was getting plastered with frosting, smashed with pies, drenched in chocolate sauce, and covered in thick muddy slime and green gunge. The mess kept building as my very verbal trainer encouraged me to loosen up, take off my singlet, and touch myself. By the end of the session I was completely coated, naked, and fully worked up ending in a final energetic release
