Sometimes the hunt for the best mud pit takes you a couple of tries even in the middle of a forest swamp. As I carefully slash and test my way through the muddy water I feel the thrill of anticipation in spots I get stuck into. I stomp the area down repeatedly with my bare feet until a thick mud forms. I cant help but fall to my knees to test out one spot after another. This spots too lumpy... this one's too shallow... then as I make my way out I found it; the spot that was just right. I churn the mud until it gets deeper and deeper until I am up to my neck in muddy clay on the forest floor.
