Torrid is on a field trip wearing her long lab coat and thick glasses. Her long brown hair is pony-tailed behind her head. As she explores the country side she happens upon a new species of mushroom next to a bog of quicksand. She inspects it closely and suddenly it sneezes sending a puff of spoors into her face. She gets dizzy and faints. When she recovers still clouded in the head she stumbles into the nearby quicksand. The more she struggles the more she sinks until she sinks under. Then she wakes up laying where she fainted having been under the influence of Mushroomis Quicksandis.
