One of our contestants enters the tank and puts on the padlock handcuffs. They have two minutes to unlock the padlocks from each wrist or get covered in gunge. If they succeed, then they can escape the tank and other player has to take the seat and gets the punishment. In this episode, mattuk is handcuffed in the tank wearing a West Ham football kit.
