This is Alexa's pay-up for losing the Messy Dice game. First of all she receives a pie sandwich, then some slime to the head. After that she gets covered in pink cake frosting, beans into her panties, and more slime. Then she takes two bowls of yoghurt to the face and hair, before receiving a whole pan of chocolate cake batter to the head. Beans to the face follow, before the rest of the slime gets poured over her. It's the messiest she's ever been!
