I had a Casio universal remote control watch. I was a bit of a menace as a kid. Walking thru the mall and turning the display tvs on and off and flipping the channels. Eighth grade me was mischievous but not malicious.
I only collected one watch. That watch was on my daddy's wrist when he was shot down over Hanoi. He was captured, put in a Vietnamese prison camp. The way my dad looked at it, that watch was my birthright. So he hid it in the one place he knew he could hide something. His ass. Five long years, he wore that watch up his ass. Then he died of dysentery, he gave his friend the watch. His friend hid that uncomfortable hunk of metal up his ass two years. Then, after seven years, he was sent home, and he gave the watch to me.
I do collect watches. I have about a dozen different casio ones. I had a pebble and a galaxy watch and didn't like them. I have the tetris and zelda game watch. I also have a fun wifi watch that will force people to reconnect to the access point. All kinds of fun stuff with that one. I have a heavy one that I don't really like because of the weight. I went through and bought like 4 bands and they fit all the watches. They have a quick release spring thing instead of the regular pins. It makes swapping the watches easy.
