I would like to point out the unserious behavior of this producer.. After I expressed interest in a custom video, we communicated via email, I ordered and paid for the custom video. She claimed that the video would be delivered within 7-10 days.. Almost a month has passed and still nothing... Constant excuses, I had to change the chosen model, and constantly new reasons why work on my video hasn't even started yet... I don't consider such behavior serious towards the client, and I think it makes the client an idiot....I therefore want to share my very negative experience with this study.
Because she used the money for her own expenses and now doesn't have it to give a refund or do your video. So she's just hoping to wait you out and eventually you'll just go away.

Merry Christmas to all. I'm so sorry your experience was negative. The model's cancellation of several filming dates and my family's visit for the holidays (my house is my studio) prevented me from filming some scenes we have pending (not just yours). However, I haven't refused to deliver the video at all. You can ask any of the clients I've worked with if they've ever paid for a custom video and not received it. Real life happens, and inconveniences and delays, especially during this time of year, are likely. If you can't wait any longer, you can email me to request a refund.

This customer didn't even ask for a refund before posting on the forums; he just wants to vent his frustration. A simple private message would have been enough to return his money.
90% of the videos in my shop are custom videos, and I've never had to issue a refund. A $200 video where the model ends up in her underwear is a steal. Unfortunately, the model he chose isn't a regular and was busy before Christmas.
First of all, the price for the video is 250 USD, not 200 USD, secondly, I didn't accuse you of anything, I just wrote my personal impression that if someone postpones the date so often, I don't consider it serious. I have requested a refund now via private message, and if it is resolved without problems, I will be happy to write it publicly, or delete this thread.

Do you have proof of this? Those are some serious accusations and are unwarranted without proof and is slanderous. Grow up.
As someone who has just purchased a custom from Bagheera for the first time recently and sounds like within the same time span as yours, here is my experience:
I reached out to Bagheera back in late October about a custom idea I had. After settling on the models and details, we agreed to a total for the custom to come out to $280 USD, which I would pay half and the second half once the video was finished. I paid the first half the next day and was told the video would be finished in about a week.
A week after I paid the first half, I hadn't heard anything back regarding the status of the custom so I reached out to Bagheera myself, to which she responded that same day within a few hours that she had run into some car trouble and then 2 weeks later said that one of the models was sick but that she was better and that they would film Friday that week.
Just over a week later, I got busy with family business and reached out for an update but didn't hear anything so I decided to reach to Bagheera here on UMD and she got back to me the next day apologizing for the lack of updates but confirmed the recording was done and that tomorrow she would work on edits before its done and send me screenshots as well. Next day came and she reached out to via email confirming it was ready along with some screenshots from the scene. I did have to wait another week but that was on me because I needed to wait to get paid from my job to pay the second half off, but I did and she delivered the video. All in all, the process for me took about 6 weeks for the custom to be delivered.
I know not everyone's experience is nor will be the same, but for me at least, besides the sparse communication and hiccups here and there, I would say I'm overall satisfied with Bagheera as my custom did turn out exactly how I wanted in the end despite the time it took to get it. And whenever she did get back to me, Bagheera was understanding and kind in her replies, even when I wasn't able to pay the second half of payment till a week after it was done.
Again, that's just my experience, I can't speak for others such as yourself but I did wanna give my experience just to show how I went through a bit of a similar situation. I do hope your custom does get made and delivered to you sooner rather than later and that it comes out amazing in the end!
Ok my take on this: never ordered from Wam Bagheera studios but life happens and let's be honest models can cancel so yes it's frustrating but at the end of the day if you're really that unhappy speak with the people making your custom and get your money back

I've been producing customer videos, maybe since before you were born. When a client has to come onto a forum to make a complaint, you have seriously dropped the ball. When I take anyone's money for a custom, and the model cancels/unavailable, that very same day my email to the customer is two choices - refund today or wait (never longer than a week) for me to shoot with another model. If I do not have another model available within a week I simply process the refund. I certainly hope this guy either gets his video this week or a refund today.

TL;DR: you're a seasoned producer that's jumped in on this thread (and others) to trash a competitor.

Unfortunately for me, it's a red flag to wait more than 30 days for a custom video for reasons that I don't know if they are true or not, and I didn't enjoy getting new excuses every week instead of a video why it would be late. As stated, and I'm right - the money's been spent so you'll get the refund when she gets more money. If anyone think I'm wrong...well....I'm not.
I hope contracts were involved. I hope that timelines were spelled out. Life does happen and around the holiday season things get busy. That is why it is not a good idea to accept a custom or request a custom around a major holiday. That way you will both have a good experience. As a producer communication is a huge thing. That is one of the things that causes the most issues with customs from what I have seen.
Sometimes there are model issues that are not the producers fault, all they can do is keep you posted, offer alternatives, or a refund.
My experience Bagheera is the "BEST" producer on this site. My customs are not easy at all, and when we go back and forth on my custom idea I almost feel like its a collaboration of 2 folks that are working on the same idea.
In regards to SATOROXO complaint and then the snide comment by johnnypie about Bagheera, I decided to add to the overwhelming positive comments that have been directed toward Wam Bagheera Studio. First and foremost, Bagheera is a true lady and is very trustworthy. I have collaborate with her four times now. Three were customs that I asked her to film for me (from stories I wrote) and the other one, which was really our second collaboration was when Bagheera asked me if I would write a story for her to film. This was shortly after our first custom scene. She had such a good time getting totally covered in chocolate that she wanted me to write another story for her to produce. I am a writer, so you can imagine how happy this made me.
Bagheera did four scenes from my stories (check out my Blog section to read them) with the first one being "This Means War: A Chocolate Lover's Delight" After getting my copy of this amazing video, I posted my blog on 6/21/23 and Bagheera listed it for sale on 7/1/23. I have always told any models that I paid for a custom, that I wanted them to be able to make money off it and thus to sell the video on their website.
The second one was "Payback Is So Sweet: Bagheera Receives Her Messy Comeuppance" This was the one she asked me to write for her. Both of these stories were in the fifteen minute range, with the first story being 16:31 and this one was 15:03. This one took a little longer due to "life getting in the way" which I fully understand. I never once, doubted her. I posted the blog on 8/6/23 and she put it out for sale on 12/19/23. But I never doubted her, and the wait was more than worth it. If anything, this second story she did was even better than the first one.
We did two more in the spring of 2024. I haven't done any this year, because I couldn't afford it, but Bagheera and I are anxiously awaiting spring of 2026 because I have already talked to her about a mudwrestling scene with her taking on Taina in a rematch from their chocolate wrestling scene that Bagheera did for me in May of 2024. That was actually a double hitter where Bagheera did two films, from stories I wrote, in a little over a week. Bagheera had done her first wrestling scene with three of her models wrestling in a pool of chocolate. I asked Bagheera (who by the way, I consider to be a very good friend) if she was going to get in the wrestling ring with any of her girls, and if so, would she permit me to write the story. She gladly said "yes." As it turned out, I wrote two different stories and she produced both of them using the leftover chocolate from the first one for the chocolate wrestling scene. And I must say, both stories were outstanding. At $9.99 they are outstanding bargains and I highly recommend anyone that loves seeing a beautiful woman get covered in chocolate mess should get these. In fact, I would recommend any of her films as they are so reasonable compared to many others on this site.
"Let's See How Messy We Can Get You! Bagheera Totally Trashed" is the film version of my blog story "Bagheera's Third Messy Loss" Both the video and story were available on Bagheera's store and my blog page on 4/27/24. This was a fun one to do, based on a television game show using the card game Hi/Lo. And once again, Bagheera delivered with a work of are rivaling anything that Hollywood puts out. She did an amazing scene and with a running time of 39:31 it is a steal at only $9.99. She really follows my storyline, and even cusses me out just like I have her doing in the story. I'm her boyfriend who always gets her into these messy predicaments. And Bagheera really comes through. I couldn't believe she was able to keep her dress up and her boobs (sort of) covered during all the mess that was dumped on her.
And then, a week later, on 5/6/24 Bagheera put out my story "Bagheera's Messy Wrestling Debut" on the same day that I posted the blog by the same name. She did this one with Taina, the only one that I have had another lady in the scene with Bagheera. But in order to have wrestling, you have to have at least two. HA!
Bagheera is a first class lady and such a gem to work with. Plus she really, REALLY likes to get messy. I would recommend Bagheera to anyone wanting a high-quality custom, and I know I will not hesitate to use her again.
