My suggestion:
It's just Penelope and her friend. No nudity at all. Just casual clothes. Penelope pies the heck out of her friend (standard hits, and a few sandwich shots), but her friend gets to use the last pie on Penelope.
Ease her into Penelope's messy world. Then, when she's ready, she can go topless/nude, for her next session.
Obviously it depends on what she's up for and what her limits are, but I'd be in minority saying ease her in (relatively) gently and hopefully keep her for the long-term, rather than a more extreme one-and-done.
