Man, this is why WAM producers should avoid selling monthly subscriptions unless they make it clear it's just for back catalog stuff or unless they 10000% know they have enough new content to satisfy a damn near indefinite release calendar.
Even MostWAM, which in its heyday was a well oiled machine unlike any other, ain't Disney+. They were bound to have slow periods, even if all the sexual assault stuff never happened. Add to that the fact that WAM fans are looking for any reason to avoid/complain about paying for content, and this is exactly what happens.
OP, how many updates per week did MostWAM promise? Not how many you expected or how many you want to like. Did they break a stated promise to the customer? If so, then you have cause to demand a refund. If not, then you have to understand that any WAM producer doing this for money needs to please as many people as possible and you're inevitably going to get stuff that doesn't appeal to you. If you just want to pay for the stuff you like, buy a la carte. 4 videos a week is still pretty damn good.

[Edited out a put-down. Let's keep it classy -MM] I never said Anything about wanting them to make content for me, I'm fully aware that I will not like everything they upload, but reducing it to 2 messy video a week, I should get half my money back,

go read the post again,
Oh I read your post and I also read the mostwam.tv site. Looks like they didn't promise anything about a certain number of messy videos per week. They promise access to a site. So enjoy the access.
Right now, all you're talking about is your personal estimation of what you "should" get and the lack of "updates you like," which tells me there's no concrete violation that you nailed mostwam on. But I'm not trying to rag on you. I sincerely want to see an agreement to a specific number of new messy videos per week before I talk about you being entitled to any refund.
Unfortunately the year memberships are not available anymore. I tried using the wayback machine but when I hit the join link, nothing. Also using the wayback machine and going to March the same Jen interview scene that is on there now as the latest is on there then as well. I think that there are things in place so that sites like the wayback machine will not work. Back when I did monthly memberships to sites it was advertised how many updates a week could be expected. If that information has been removed from the site based on recent events and things then we will never know what was there.
However, I don't see any point in throwing shade here and there because the people over the site aren't supposed to see it but probably do but won't say anything. Your best bet is to do like it talks about in the terms and conditions and email leon about it.
I had a subscription but let it lapse a few months ago, even before I knew anything about the craziness that went down. The reason I let it lapse was because I had already gone through most of their catalog over time and new updates were becoming less frequent. Even updates that did happen were either older recoded videos or updates that didn't seem to have the same type of vibe and entertainment value like the past one's did.
Anyway, that being said it all comes down to personal preference. The site has hundreds of videos that a new subscriber may find extremely valuable and would be worth subscribing.
It's the subscription curse, once you have binge watched everything you like it's not really worth paying the subscription fee anymore until more new original content has been stacked up in inventory. That is why Netflix and other companies see folks subscribing, unsubscribing, then resubscribing later when favorite shows come back.

The streaming site is still up for some reason. It's the original websites that used to sell access to individual photosets and videos that are "currently closed". We can only speculate why the closure was selective.

Exactly. Even discounting the recent fiasco, it's a downgrade to retreat to only an all-access subscription model. It gives freedom for subscribers to binge watch to the point of disinterest, burning out interest in the catalogue faster. A slowdown of new content only undermines the business model's sustainability further.

It's the sites hosted by themothership.net that were closed. I understand themothership.net is closely linked to this site which I assume is why these were closed

So Mostwam is still Leon is it despite their claims he wasn't involved?

I think you should DM MessMaster and ask, but I remember him saying that Leon's been removed from it and is no longer affiliated with the site.

I think I remember reading somewhere (probably on the streaming site) that there would be daily updates and that there was a formula they followed for how many wet vs messy vs mud videos would be posted per week. After the scandal, they announced to subscribers that they could no longer sustain daily updates, were reducing the number of updates to four per week, and would offer a new set of subscription packages. Obviously, if you want to continue subscribing, that's entirely your choice. But personally, I can't in good conscience buy anything from that company anymore, not as long as Leon is still in control. I ended my subscription. They were always my favorite producer, too...

Creamy, I already know Leon still owns 100% of Mostwam . I was just highlighting the fact the advice to resolve a Mostwam problem would be to contact Leon....after the Mostwam staff/Leon swore blind he was no longer involved. It's a blindingly obvious lie.
Have people not got the intelligence to realise: Mostwam is owned by Leon 100% still. If you need proof for yourselves just go to the UK Companies House and have a look. It's free information as part of UK company law. Leon was convicted of sexual harrassment in a UK court. There are other girls not happy with him. Therefore WHY would any of you want to do business with that man? His assistant Al and partner/ex partner Lisa continued here without mentioning the problem or explaining the restructuring the business. Al and Leon came on here and lied and made it worse for themselves. So WHY would any of you want to do business with that business? Just cancel your subscriptions. Then if you still after all that decide to do business with them and have complaints...contact Leon and tell him. It's not hard is it? (the situation not's one cock Happy New Year!
A reminder that we no longer officially support Mostwam et al, so we don't allow the outright plugging or advertisement of any of their remaining properties. But community discussion about them is not being banned or censored. People will have questions, and fans of the material will bring it up occasionally. This will happen basically forever and it doesn't make sense to commit to smearing or putting down people just for bringing up the subject. If anything reads like a plug or a gushy review I'll remove it, but that line is subjective so please bear with me.
Whole lot of pure speculation and flat out misinformation going on in this thread.
FYI, Leon's "empire" is/was vast and intricate, spread across dozens of domain properties and multiple hosts. A lot of people on here don't seem to be capable of grasping any business model more complicated than a lemonade stand.
All storefronts operated by Leon or his various corporate enterprises and hosted on the UMD were closed a few months ago. The storefronts hosted and billed by TheMothership were closed a day or two later. (a massively more complicated legal procedure that is still ongoing) That covers two of Leon's service providers. He has others, as do most of the top-tier corporate producers in the fetish video game. If a store is "down" it was very likely operating on mechanisms provided by the UMD or The Mothership. If it's still up, it's definitely hosted somewhere else.
I can't speak for how things operate in the UK, but in the US, corporate officer lists are pretty meaningless. They are typically only updated on annual renewal and judging by the number of HOAs (501C non-profit corporations) in this country with lists that are as much as a decade out of date, no one checks the validity and there is no penalty for negligence in maintaining them. Property records are the same. In the states where I've had a reason to inquire, many are 3-5 years out of date. Again, no one cares and there's no penalty for failing to notify the government of changes. I would caution against wandering around spewing "facts" that are based on the presumed accuracy and timeliness of government records. That seems like a good way to get sued, assuming the UK is as litigious as the US.
As far as I know they never said Leon wasn't part of the business anymore
They said he isn't anything to do with the filming on set anymore.
It's his company that he built from nothing, so I can't see that changing. It's not a big enough company that the owner can be ousted, it's not house of Gucci.
