That's not a typo, folks. For those of us lucky enough to wam with a partner, how did you introduce them to the idea? How has WAM evolved for the two of you? In essence here, I'm curious how others got started or how it has effected your relationship.

For my wife and I, it started pretty innocently enough with the "usual" or "socially acceptable" things. That is to say that our first experience with WAM was about what you might expect from a night of strawberries and whipped cream or chocolate covered strawberries. Even though she can't stand the flavor of either of them, she was excited to oblige my crazy romantic efforts and, by the end of that evening was wearing more of the whipped cream than I was eating.

Our first experience with wetlook started somewhat similarly. She had read in one of her magazines, probably Cosmopolitan, an article about "exciting things to try with your man" or some such thing that you'd expect to have in that magazine. The suggestion being that she hop in the shower to surprise me wearing only an old white t-shirt or dress shirt and white underwear.

Needless to say in both of those experiences, I loved it every second and I still do. Our WAM play has evolved some since to pie sitting, cake sitting (usually for birthdays since she doesn't eat sweets), pudding gunge, the good old whipped cream bikini and the like. Wetlook has become just about any outfit she owns getting soaked at any moment. Summer months are best for that.

Her latest idea will come about on our upcoming 16th anniversary as she wants me to use her body as the plate while I enjoy a dessert of cheesecake, strawberries, whipped cream, pudding and chocolate sauce from all over her while she starts in a fishnet type top and miniskirt with a thong before slowly getting naked.

So, how about for you? Did it start slowly and progress as ours has or was a feet first leap in as they say?

I introduced my ex girlfriend of a few years ago to it with baby oil, poured over the French maid uniform I had bought ( I also got her into dress up games!) then progressed to shaving foam pies, then creamy mess.

I almost forgot about oil and lotion! She dresses up on occasion as well. Cheeeader, school girl, librarian, a couple of comic book characters such as Psylocke from X-Men and Jinx from G.I.JOE. She has allowed me to take photos, but for the sake of our privacy, we don't post them anywhere.

Introduce them to the idea:

Radical honesty. When I feel we are in a good place to discuss kinks (fairly early on as if they want to leave there is less devastation) I give them a document. Part one is about me (thoughts, feelings, desires), part 2 is general info on the kink.

If they start reading part 2 then it is a good sign.

FYI, I am curled up in a ball, under a blanket, generally terrified at this point.

So far gone well; acceptance, understanding and a few messy times.

One thing I disagree with is stealthing WAM into a relationship, a slow build up without them knowing the truth behind it. To me it feels creepy and dishonest to me.

It never progressed

My wife and I have been together for over 16 years, and married for 14 of them. We were luckily very open with each other early on. I always felt communication is always key and if you planned on the relationship lasting, honesty was too.

So probably about 6 months in (late 2004), when we both knew this was gonna be longterm, we stared talking one night about kinks and things we'd like to try in the bedroom (that we hadn't already .) I mostly knew she was down for most anything. Straight up bragging here, she had NO complaints in the bedroom. I just went for it and said I liked seeing women get messy. I showed her some Messygirl vids I had involving pies and a little slime. Now I was really nervous, as I'm sure lots of people here can relate, but she was cool with it. Now, she wasn't exactly "into it" at first, but she easily saw how that could be hot. Then I dove in and showed her some Anglefan vids after I explained watching YCDTOTV growing up, and people being slimed for saying "I don't know". She was still all cool with it, and was like "Well there's a lot weirder stuff out there people are turned on by!" So I was relieved. Shortly thereafter we started getting messy every so often in the shower with whipped cream and green cake batter "slime". Mostly she got messy, but on occasion, she'd get me back.

Over the years, we've gotten messy less and less mostly because she and I have other kinks we indulge, and cleanup is a bitch But on the other hand, she has gotten more and more turned on by the humiliation aspect of seeing other women get messy the same as me, so that's awesome. Oh yeah, she's also a geek like me and loves superhero stuff and sci-fi/fantasy. (I was more nervous bringing her to my apartment filled with comic books when we first met ) She's the biggest fan of my art and fanfic. She kinda has a crush on Kelsey, which is just another reason why I keep including her in my stuff, aside from Kelsey herself being a fan. I've got tons of non-messy erotica that I've written just for her on top of the messy stuff.

So that's how I'm doing.

My current bf and I have been on/off a few times over the past 6 years. I told him I liked seeing other girls get green slimed on our first date How that has progressed to him actually helping me make videos of it is a long and winding road, but to re-iterate what's been said many times by many people already, communication is KEY.

We're long distance (although have been together for most of the pandemic), and 'open' to some extent, in that I'm Bi and into other girls (especially sliming them ), and he's understanding of my kinks and allows me to pursue the ones that he can't fulfill himself (like being a girl that I could dump slime on ) outside of our relationship.

At the same time, I've pretty much indoctrinated him into this kink now, and so his interest in sliming ME has risen about 1,000%. Over the course of the relationship, we've gone from me being the one who occasionally brought it up (I'm ALWAYS wanting to see other girls slimed, rarely want to be getting slimed myself), to him occasionally brining it up, to him wanting to do it more than me, to nowadays, where he almost ALWAYS wants to glop me , which is fun cause it's become a constant game of teasing and flirting about it.

He's the only partner I've had that has fully gotten into the kink tho, whereas others were mostly just indulging my interests, or were getting turned because I was getting turned on, but I also haven't had that many long term relationships, so grain of salt there.

Fling-wise, when I date girls, I usually bring it up on date #2 or #3, (cause why bother if we're not gonna be sexually compatible), and with guys, it was usually the 1st date (cause it's a lot less of an "ask" to say "hey I want you to dump green slime on ME", where as with girls I'm asking if I can slime and humiliate THEM).

I've always been a pretty sexually-driven person and have had a lot of partners (no shame, I like to have a good time :halo, and have only had maybe 2 or 3 that reacted negatively when I told them I wanted to dump disgusting green slime on them, but I've also had a few others that I had to take it "slower" with too.

In my experience, the kink has been reflective of the overall dynamics of each specific relationship, and also where I was at that time with loving/accepting myself. Like when I would be in a phase of self-loathing or overall insecurity, it's affected how things went with sharing my kinks.

When I recognized that a few years ago, I started to make a concerted effort to be smiling and have fun with it whenever I would bring it up. Like I know it's a silly weird thing to want to dump green slime on someone, so why wouldn't I smile and laugh about it when expressing that desire to another person. That alone has helped immeasurably I think.

Where-as if I was feeling shameful and/or insecure about it, that uncomfortableness would translate onto how the other person received the information, and they would either feel uncomfortable about it too, or at best, would just recognize that it was something that I was uncomfortable with.

Which is all to say that, the evolution of wam in my relationships has been more about the evolution of accepting and embracing it within myself.

We started pretty much like you Snakeeyes in all the "normal" places and one day she had whip cream all over her body and she saw something in my eyes and asked what I was thinking and I couldn't help myself and said I want more, I think it needs to be on your face and hair, and she was a little taken back but was willing to try it, so I smeared had fulls all over her hair and face, from there I pretty much had to tell her about this fetish. I showed her UMD and she asked a few questions and she was game to try it, we started slows a few pies a little syrup some batter she got more and more comfortable to the point we've tried savory a few times , she even started a profile on here so it can happen dreams do come true lol.

Can very much identify with this - when I finally did tell my wife (fiance at that time) about my fetish I probably looked so terrified she thought I was going to reveal something truly awful. In fairness back then I probably thought I was revealing something awful!

As for how it's evolved, well I'm now much more comfortable with my fetish and sex matters in general - though as for warmming itself that's gone in peaks and troughs. Since we started a family opportunities to wam together have been much thinner on the ground, and the pandemic has only exacerbated that. One way WAM in our relationship has definitely evolved is that I'm now much more actively interested in getting messy myself (rather than just letting my wife get me back in order to be fair about things). Although my preference is still for my wife to get messy, we now have sessions where only I get messy and one result of that is I think my wife enjoys our sessions more (she quite enjoys being in control - and staying clean of course!). Last year I got gunged in a gunge tank for the first time for my birthday, with my wife doing the honours to pull the rope and release the gunge. I had hoped she might also be up for getting gunged herself (sadly that wasn't to be) but having her gunge me was still a real thrill. Hopefully circumstances will evolve to allow us to indulge in WAM a little more often, I love exploring it with her and, even though it was terrifying, am so glad I told her.
