No matter how public someone's life may be, if they have private photos, NO ONE is "entitled" to them, and sharing them online is a CRIME. You WILL get charged. This also goes for public videos/images that are stolen & released for free. I doubt anyone on here would be stupid enough to do this, but I've already found one person who has and I'm filing a police report. I'm dealing with literal kidney failure this week and have to deal with filing a police report against someone. Also, my good friend works IT for the state police, so you WILL get caught if I find anything of mine or Jayce's online. The culprit in my particular case was mad because I refused to do a custom for him, he was my FRIEND from high school, and his pathetic "revenge" tactic shows that some men have no respect for women.

Also, if someone does this to a woman, a grown woman who has a right to a sex life, this is what can happen, she can:
-lose her job
-lose friends
-get kicked out of her church
-her children can lose friends
-lose family members
-lose a partner if god forbid the stolen footage was from ages ago and she has no proof otherwise
-be ostracized by her community

Now I'm obviously referring to MY position here. These were private photos of private videos I made with my boyfriend. Yes, we share a lot online, but if I choose NOT to share photos or videos, they are PRIVATE and most likely very explicit.

And yes, men can be subject to the same ridicule, but it's far less likely. In some cases men might even be applauded for their sexual prowess! That's why when someone tries to take revenge out on a man, a person's first instinct isn't "hey, let's post a bunch of pictures of him having sex! That'll teach him!" No. Because "slut-shaming," although sometimes an overused and annoying buzzword, is VERY real.

I am honestly not ashamed of the content. I'm an adult, I have sex, I sometimes have wild & crazy sex, that's MY right as a person. I'm more disturbed by why this person did it and his half-baked justification. Here's what he said when he admitted to it:
"Well you're doing porn now and you just cut me off. You've got stuff up like that anyway."

First of all, because I "do porn" doesn't mean anyone is entitled to violate my rights. I'm a human being. Secondly, I don't care if I have videos of me getting fucked in my ass between 2 zebras and a monkey, if these pictures weren't posted BY ME online then they are PRIVATE. Lastly, are people really so pathetic that they can't handle not getting a video of me masturbating? This is someone I have known since I was 13 years old. I grew up with this person. No matter the price I was NOT comfortable making that kind of stuff for him. I am entitled to choosing what I will and will not do.

I am posting this so ANYONE who has had this happen will think about taking action. This is breaking the law, and the police are cracking down on this kind of abuse. He also put my full name and hometown, which is far more disgusting because that means my parents could accidentally stumble upon it. You might say "well you're on UMD," but unless you actually go to the UMD website, it's highly-unlikely you'll find any of us on google.

Now I love you all to pieces. You are the reason I don't quit even when faced with douchebags like this. I am also giving anyone on here who isn't as awesome as 90% of you guys the opportunity to take anything you've shared illegally DOWN. I don't mean tribute folders or threads, I mean videos posted for free on other websites or trying to profit from any of the hundreds of producers on here. A full investigation is going to be launched and if you don't want to be caught up in the crosshairs, I suggest you do the decent thing and take it down. I'm being nice here because multiple charges can be made and I don't want to ruin anyone's life, except of course for this jackass who has been stalking my sister and me for years only to end in shameful retaliation.

The worst part about it though? Well, besides the kidney abscess pressing on my adrenal glands and giving me rolling panic attacks from the excess adrenaline... It's actually my DIET. I can't have sodas, I can have very little to NO salt or sodium (dude, it's in EVERYTHING!) or black tea either o_O It sucks. It sucks HARD.

I feel for you on the dietary restrictions. I suffer from Meniere's disease (a condition of the inner ear causing vertigo attacks and hearing loss), which requires limiting sodium a lot, and found it very hard to avoid at first. Even had to start baking my own bread (have you seen how much of that is in bread). It's doable - but nothing processed or prepackaged. It's shocking how much is in everything based on how little we actually need.

It's a shame that you've had to deal with a creep like this, especially when you've got so much crap on your plate. I'm impressed by your powerful, resourceful and articulate response to this horrible situation. You're my hero!

I tried to articulate it without editorializing as much as possible... Well, of course I still did, but I feel more like RANTING and RAVING than anything haha.

The dietary restrictions do blow, but at least I know a lot about nutrition because I used to be into like all the healthiest junk possible lol. I used to be vegan too. Gross X-D It's just tough missing out on thinks like big beef & cheddars, Turkey & Swiss w/ bacon sandwiches (apparently I'm thinking Arby's lol) and, especially, PICKLED VEGGIES. OMFG.

And cokes.... and tea... I don't drink coffee, WAY too much caffeine, so cokes were my little kick of caffeinated goodness.

Also, so many people think the whole "too much adrenaline" thing sounds AWESOME. I had a friend say, "So you're like the HULK! That's awesome!" but nope... "Fight or flight" sounds badass, but it's really just shaking uncontrollably from your head to your toes, thinking you're going to die any second, etc. I feel like I'm bitching a LOT here, but I also feel like the more I share this stuff the more likely ppl won't neglect their own health like I did :/

I really, REALLY hope so. Adam's dad is a doctor at Vanderbilt and he's sending me to an internist today because he's extremely pissed at how the hospital in KY barely did anything for me & I'm not getting any better, so hopefully it'll work out well. Just another reason to be thankful he's in my life ^_^ Right now his mom is spoiling me rotten while I'm on bedrest. Seriously some of the sweetest people ever.

And as far as that asshat goes, I'm learning so many colorful nicknames for him this week that every new one has made me laugh. Glad you added to that list! XD So now my favorite words this week have been:

I found out that the hospital I went to originally didn't treat me properly AT ALL, so I'm well on my way to recovery because of my awesome boyfriend and his awesome parents The infectious-disease specialist dad & nurse practitioner mom. My mom is a retired radiologist, but she doesn't give a crap about me half the time lol

Yeah, the previous hospital forgot to tell me I had kidney stones AND an ovarian cyst on my CT scan o_O Thankfully the kidney stones aren't obstructive, but it would have been nice to know why I was in so much pain! The ovarian cyst was only 4cm, which is NOTHING to me... I had surgery to remove one that was 12cm a couple summers ago (ie. the surgery I had before Jayce kidnapped me after I recovered lol)

I'm getting better, I just have a really, REALLY bad habit of pushing myself too hard before I'm 100%, so I set myself back a couple of days for each day I try to do stuff :/
