There are recipes and video on YouTube in Portuguese (Passa ou Repassa did one).... But if you're in the UK, probably the easiest approximation is to take cake frosting and add food coloring. You'll probably need to mix in water or microwave it to get the consistency right.

yeah they do look a bit more like frosting there
I still think foam with paint added will be close though. the stirring knocks a lot of the air out and makes them gloopier and glossier

Just to clarify: Foam with paint (well, probably food coloring, as paint stains) = TISWAS pies. Nothing wrong with that, if that's what you're going for.
The consistency and coverage of Chega Mais pies are TOTALLY different. You're not gonna get that look with shaving cream.
