Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing fine today.

I wanted to contact you and let you know that after many long years of being active/semi-active here, I'm going to be walking away from the UMD. As we get older our priorities change and I am no different in that regard. There have been a lot of things going on in my personal life that need my undivided attention and after some soul searching with Jhub, I've decided that it's time for me to call it a day. What that really means is that I'll be taking down my pictures and trailers on my UMD profile page as well as closing my download store (piegirlkay.com) on the Mothership by the end of November. I'll still keep my profile page up since I know I'll occasionally lurk to see what is happening with my beloved UMD.

I've had a great run and I have so many of you to thank for that. I can't begin to tell you what a thrill it was when I was actively posting and getting the comments and accolades on my material. Those few years were some of the best times of my adult life. I've also been very fortunate to meet and/or make great friends with people like Mrs. Bee, Bigshipper, Mr. and Mrs. MG, Robby (from WammaLammaPie), Uncle H and Melissa, MessyMatt, MackTruck and many others and of course, my beloved O'Toole. There are so many others that I chatted with and exchanged private messages with and had fun with too. I wish I could list all your names as well but please know you also made a huge positive difference in my time on the UMD.

I'm sure there will be times when I miss the attention, so who knows how I'll react. Maybe I'll occasionally post some of my videos here on my video page; maybe I'll re-open my store, but honestly, I just don't know what the future holds beyond the next few months.

So this is my long good-bye. I'll be checking in on replies over the next few weeks, so this is your chance to ask me any questions before I walk away. You'll also be able to contact me at piegirlkay@gmail.com.

Thank you all, and especially thank you to Messmaster and Soundguy for providing your talents, advice and counsel over all these years.

I love you guys and will cherish my time on the UMD for as long as I live.

You've been an awesome asset to the UMD, between your pics ,vids, input on threads, and private conversations!

I'm going to miss you, but you take care of Jhub and your other priorities. That's what's most important in this life! I am glad that you will be leaving the door cracked to stop in once in a while!

I'll be continuing to pray for Jhub and his battle against the cancer, and you as his mate and his support system chief!

Wow I'm gonna miss your posts PGK. You've consistently been one of my favorite content producers on here for years. All they way back to the early shaving cream pics, to Pie for Every Reply, to Fluffmageddon, you are one of the legends.

That being said, I hope you have a great life, and everything works out with whatever is going on for you personally. From the little I've chatted with you over the years I found you to be a very awesome person. So again I wish you nothing but the best. For me this is the end of an era in amateur wam.

P.S. One of my favorite pics you ever posted. If there's more to this session I'd love to see them. Sorry if that's in bad taste I always meant to ask but was always afraid to.

So sorry to hear that, but I understand. Life comes first. I will say that you and Otoole have a style that is right up my alley. I will definitely miss your additions to our fun little world! Hope you still have fun in your private life. My only regret is that you didn't post more of your total coverage stuff. Your blue set, mud, and fluffmagedon! Wow! Not to mention the Frosting set that disappeared before I could download it.

Yes, he was diagnosed with stage-3 esophageal cancer in August. He just completed his chemo and radiation treatments. He will have a complicated surgery to remove the tumor and most of his esophagus and stomach in November. So you can see that I have this and other personal issues I'm dealing with, so for us, it just seemed like it was time to take a break, or walk away completely.

And if Jhub were here, he'd say, "Unlike Skylar, I actually do have cancer."

PGK, I'm so sorry to hear about this. Obviously you're making the right move. I hope things for you and Jhub go as smoothly as possible.

And needless to say, there will be a special hell reserved for the next producer-cum-ripoff-artist who pretends to have cancer.

PGK, we will miss you being around here, but I echo everyone else's sentiments. Real life does come first and foremost. I hope Jhub can pull through and beat this cancer and everyone in this fourm is praying for him as well as yourself. Also, you put out some of the most amazing trailers, pics, and videos that I have seen since I been here & I'm blessed to have purchased "Pie-a-Normal Activity". Furthermore, you have always handled yourself with class and performed with class. Thank you so much for keeping us entertained over the years and I wish you the best, but please do stop by every now and then .

Kay, I know it's been a long while since we've talked, but I wanted you to know that I really enjoyed the friendship we had. I'll think about you often.

alternating between informing you you had cancer then switching to "I made a mistake with the diagnosis" to back again?

Sorry to see you go :-( You and your husband take care and know that his health is in my thoughts and prayers.

Our thoughts are with you on the journey ahead. Your path is yours to chose and always has been. Some things make those choices a little more important along the way. I just want to say thank you for sharing part of it with all of us. You have been an innovator, a stable force here on UMD. You are genuine, the real deal. You shared what you did because you liked it. You enjoyed yourself. And it showed. Keep having fun. We hope to see you again sometime.

JHub and Kay, you guys rock. Time will get us all one day, in the mean time stay messy and have as much fun as you can, smiling is good. I too had an adventure with a tumor over 10 years ago now, I died twice on the table! Once you survive and you will, it will change you for the rest of your life. So who knows, maybe we will see you again...

My only regret is that we never got together for a messy up Kay in the Mud weekend LOL
