I came back too late, I think, to understand if there was any discussion why the burlesque post got deleted. If the women were performing as such, it's likely they are all adults, and the ones I saw in pics looked 30's at least.
I had posted some pics, and, returning a bit later, clicked to see my "likes" and found it missing. I know we have this system where deleted posts linger for an explanation, but I wasn't able to find it. Can anyone fill me in on why it disappeared?

The post that you replied to was removed, so the replies were removed as well. My notes show that it was a charity event and that's why it was removed. Charity events are not banned from here; Only if there was something else in the content that's against TOS. I'm still getting on the same page about this with admin, so I apologize for any misunderstandings.

Thanks for the explanation, MM. I really appreciate the new efforts toward transparency when posts are removed. The UMD site has always been a work in progress, and I think the progress of late has been great!
Thanks! I forgot about the charity gungings, I was only interested in the other parts. I also forgot (although I didn't post charity stuff) that those were against the rules. No problem! I just missed the takedown due to being offline for too long.
Thanks again, MM, for providing this board, and to all the hard-working admins!

Thanks for understanding. Again, charity gunging are not banned. Yet. That might take some community discussion to iron out. Meanwhile, anything *else* that might have been in the post (like kids in the background) can still get it removed.
